ideal base location, parked at the edge of the map right by the kill barrier, keep regular boats as skiffs to get to and from land, also continually move the boat around the map to keep it's location hard to lock down
absolute classic. i would love to see more wipes with the tugboats.

I used to mountain bike but it sent me to the hospital twice so I stopped lol
what they should have done, as i think this is something helis should have anyways is upgrade slots, being able to put an upgrade item into their specific vehicles, so maybe an up armour module for the tug boat and scrap heli, a window module for mini helis, maybe like fuel upgrades or whatever, that way theres at least a way to make the boat better instead of it just being you have it and its done

This pirate strat is pretty goated fr. I'm down to see more wipes like this.
So they things they need to add are:
* cranes on the side to lift subs and boats out of the water
* helicopter platforms (and the ability to secure them to the platform)
* horns
* flagpoles and flags
When I saw this I said to my self hope blazed does a wipe of this soon
They should make it so you can't spawn on your bag if its to close to oil. Having a spawn point with enough storage to take literally everything is so powerful 😂
Nah, I like somewhat unbalanced changes that shift the meta so the game stays spicy, necessity is the mother of invention so people won’t get shat on by tugboats for too long 😂
things like that are what make it worth it. If you couldn't do things like that you would just have a base that can be destroyed with like 800 gp
@memrsonn6474 not many people are going to be using it as a base.. just as a mobile spawn (mainly for oil) and for mass storage while farming the water. People will build bases on it for now since it's new, but it won't last. Only "meta" change is being forced to bring a submarine to oil every time you go. Basically gets rid of the one life take at countering oil which made the pvp more intense. There's a reason people don't like fighting groups at their base, and now you have to deal with it at oil.
@@orcristghost3204couldn't have said it better myself, my trio tried to take oil yesterday without a sub and there's just no point in trying. It just gives already stacked people an even bigger advantage.
@@simon88397 scuba suits cost barely any scrap, and a few satchels and a nade doesnt take long to farm. I’d say its a fair tradeoff to have storage and spawns for your team, with 1 door to TC. I’m sure scrap helis created the same issues with people who took oil with minis.

I love the fact that they added the tugboats and the ability to live on it, however it doesn't really have a way to fulfill its purpose of actually towing boats...tugging if you will
this update is amazing you can now camp underwater camp oil and go to cargo easily without worry about max loot, and the boat can act like a fob forward operating base for your main base as a counter defence or even counterattack.
Until a sub turns up and breaks all your boxes with the first torpedo. Saw that happen to Willjum, in fact it sort of looked like Blazed was knocking off the tug Will checked out first.

We only know blazed isn’t playing on a dead server when new content on the map comes out
You need a big team . Use the tug as your base and have 2 submarines next to you. One on each side causing all the time. They can blow up other tug bots and you store the loot on yours. U need scuba gear bc the tugboat sink and the boxes break wh3n they get hit with torpedoes. With shelves you could stack tons of loot and mixing table, tier 1-2-3, everything a base needs. Try to mount turrets or shotgun on side of the boats. You can get loot after you sink it you gotta dive for the loot and open the back door somehow 16:40
being able to just bring your base to smoil and large is insane, even the cargo run blew my mind!
for real lol, only issue is it takes 400 low grade to get there
