Some footage of the fire damaged house is also included, which I filmed later on that day.

RIP Lt. Menard of the Worcester Fire Dept, who lost his life while saving his fellow firefighters from a burning building. ✌💙
Damn, what a hero
Was that the fire that the station in the video responded too
Godspeed rest easy brother we have the watch from here and we'll hold the line strong
God Bless Lt. Menard
sorry to be so offtopic but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an Instagram account..?
I was dumb lost the login password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me.
Props to you, realizing what’s going on and getting out of the way unlike 98% of people that hear sirens
This is the kind of notification I like to see on my phone.
Glad to hear it!
It is the epic one.
We must cherish this moment.
Love that old federal siren still being used by so many Fire Departments
@Aragorn90 my two uncles were fire fighters back in the early 50's and that's the only sirens they had on their trucks
It’s tradition my dude.
I wouldn’t say old, just mechanical. FS has mad numerous improvements to the original design
Ye the first one
the federal siren is the best siren to use with fire trucks
Thanks for showing us the Worcester Fire Dept. responding my friend ! 👍😊🚒🚒🚒🚑🚔
Rest Easy Lt. Jason Menard Sad to see your engine responding 2 months prior to you saving your brothers and being trapped. E.O.W 11-13-19
Beauty.
Love the Car 4, I need to see more.
MOREEEEE!
Is the ladder being replaced?
I think its going to be replaced by a smaller Ladder truck like Ladder 4
Watched it yesterday , didnt even realize you uploaded it 😱
Why do I find this so satisfying?
Holy sh.... was not expecting this kind of catch on your channel! Awesome stuff!
If you don't mind me asking though, what brings you to Massachusetts? And when will you be uploading that Montreal goodness I see in the outro? ;)
Thanks mate! I was on vacation to Boston, but thought I'd try some new cities!
Montrèal stuff will be coming next week ;)
@@dragonemergencyvideos I live in boston
@@dragonemergencyvideos you should visit cape cod if you haven’t
Hope you stopped by Coney Island after your wonderful catch 😂
Amazing catches!
Awesome never see a video like this before
Beautiful brave souls.
Whats the 2ndary alarm tone on the station? We have the same here where i live.
God, that mid-mount is using a 1980's technology halogen light bar
jrftworth and that’s perfectly fine
i love it
@@M.Ryan38 it's fine and dandy until you get in an accident because someone didn't see those dull lights
@@jrftworth Bet. The trucks still a beaut. And my stations has an old 80's model Gruman Firecat, with the original light bar still on it.
At my station my fire engine has the old light bar on top
WoW you have recorded spanish emergency vehicle responses😍😍
I was visiting my aunt in plano, tx a couple days ago. The night before i flew back home, one of her air conditioning units burnt out. There was no fire but it was a horrible smell and the air was hazy in her house. After i got her and my sister out she called 911. Ive never had firefighters show up that quickly in my life. They were cute too lol 😁
Incredible catch
Cheers dude
Seagrave Tower! Amazing
Ikr!!
Great catch! I’m fascinated by a battalion chief vehicle’s need for a ‘push bumper’ and justification for such need.
what like pushing wrecked/disabled cars off the road?
@Cameron Courtney Any idea what the push bar is for then?
@@brandons2411 I was thinking along those lines
Thanks! I'm unsure as to why they need it, I would say either it is to push damaged vehicles off the road, as someone below suggested??
when the bids go out they are generally for the "Police Package" those come standard with the unit
Sounds like our tones here in new castle county
Bryan lovett fr especially Kirkwood that shit be annoying
Hey I just wanted to let you know that the fire and rescue service van that you see displayed TAN it means fire in Welsh that van is apart of USAR Urban Search and Rescue and I work alongside them as a firefighter. Awesome videos keep it up 👌
The whole video can be viewed here - ruclips.net/video/xaAGrwqwiJw/видео.html
Thanks, im glad you liked the videos!
What was left behind? There appears to be another vehicle in the last bay that wasn't used.
That was the old Scuba 1
Very nice!
Great response time 40 seconds and they're off
Yeah, excellent response time, especially compared with some other FD's in the New England
Nice catch!
That’s awesome! I’m sure you were very happy when you heard those tones ;D ...how did you make the thumbnail though?
I sure was! Was only there 2 minutes haha!
Just a bit of Photoshop mate, wanted them all in the shot
Love the old Seagrave Aerialscope.
The best Ladder Truck I've ever filmed, sooo much nicer than UK ones
@@dragonemergencyvideos Wait until you catch a Seagrave Tiller!
@@CobraEmergencyNorthAmerica Not sure where to find one! Don't think theres any in Mass or New England at all really. They love their towers
@@dragonemergencyvideos Oh yes Seagrave TDAs aren't too common. I think PA and NJ have a few though. Oh - and FDNY!
@@dragonemergencyvideos Somerville and Waltham MA run Seagrave tillers, beautiful rigs! There are a few others too
This is a awesome vid!
Thanks!
What type of apparatus do they use? (My department uses suphen for the engine and truck and E-One for the ladder truck. We also use freighleiner for our rescues. EMS and fire is combined for us)
The Ladder and E13 are Seagrave Marauders, and the other engines are E One custom pumpers
Great catch
Thanks
Nice video!!! Love the Mack truck
Thanks dude! Not a mack though, it's made by Seagrave
I defo knew that....Just testing you ;)
@@BritishEmergencyVideos 😉😉
Question from a European here: Did the Engine put it's lights on just to showoff for the camera? I have seen it a couple times that fire trucks in the US turn on their lights when parking again. I can understand it if the station is right next to a street and the firefighters wanna stop traffic so they can actually park, but that really isn't the case here, since they're on their own, spacious, lot
great job
Thanks dude
Superb turnout catch
Cheers mate
Can you tell me the music at the end please
What about the one in the fourth garage?
Awesome
Dude idk why but I love hydraulic platform and tower ladders/aerial ladders instead of pump trucks
How did you know they were all gonna respond? Did you start the fire and ran to the station for the footage? 🤔🧐😅
Aha no lol, It's just luck!
Is this a full time station looks great.
Yeah this is Southside firehouse, one of the busiest in Worcester
I used to live in Worcester lol what a coincidence
Cool
Great video, but why did the third and last truck go a different direction?
They couldn't get the Truck under thr bridge apparently. Not sure why E13 did though. Probabily just the drivers like different routes
It’s common for major cities to send trucks in from different routes in case traffic or other problems delay responses. It also benefits gaining water access depending on hydrant locations and staging equipment upon arrival. The list of reasons is very long.
Could possibly be taking a rear position of the Fire building so it might be a better route.
ahah welcome to Massachusetts
whatcha think of the american FD trucks vs the euro fd trucks?
The US trucks are 1000 times better! Bigger, louder and waay cooler!
Could someone please tell me what the yellow hose is that breaks free when the E2 sets off and why do they travel in different directions. We don't see either in the UK.
I believe that it is an exhaust port to prevent a build up of exhaust gasses in the firehouse. Im not 100% sure
The reason they went different ways was because the Tower ladder couldn't get under a low bridge
In the United States, fire stations use a large yellow hose hanging from the ceiling attached to the exhaust pipe of the apparatus. As the apparatus starts it's engine and accelerates out of the station bay doors, the exhaust goes up the hose and out the roof of the building. As the apparatus travels forward, the hose follows the apparatus on a track attached to the ceiling. Once the hose gets to the bay door, the track stops, therefore pulling the hose off the apparatus' exhaust pipe. That is old technology. Now days, newer fire stations have large exhaust systems that hang from the ceiling and they suck the air out of the bay and filter the air any time the bay door is opened. This is to help prevent the exhaust of the apparatus to linger in the bay and cause the other firefighters to breath that dirty exhaust fumes into their lungs. This is to help prevent firefighter occupational cancer, which is the top 3 killer of firefighters in the United States.
Yes it is the exhaust system. As to the difference in direction it could be yes the truck doesn’t fit under the bridge but also to stop the conga line of apparatus build up at the fire building if they come at it from different sides
Why did theu go in other dierections
What piece was left in the far right bay?
That was the old Scuba 1
I thought L3 was going to respond modified for a second lol
Music name?
That's fucking badass
SEAGRAVES!!!!!!
Hell yeah!
The Seagrave ladder is actually a Mack
what is next to Engine 2, A spare unit?
That is the old Scuba 1, which is being stored here in stn 2 at the moment
U should go to the call to on day it be cool
RIP LT MENARD
Chief's Tahoe is nice
It's a very new addition to the Company, they used an old Ford Expedition untill very recently
Sounds like a Whelen in the Battalion Chiefs car
Why are there 2 engines in the firehouse?
Old spare trucks
Is there a rescue in there also.
Nah, that's the old Scuba 1 which is off thr run
You would think that they would be moving faster to git in turnouts. Everyone's going so everyone should be moving faster to those units.
I drive by that station every.fucking.day otw to work on Front St, so once in a while, I catch them coming or going
Damn nice one tho!!
Thanks!!

Get a less shakey camera, and your in the money. It looks awesome!
Thanks, but it was me shaking from the running and adrenaline lol
I can understand, but you did a great job otherwise!
@@maxmummaxmax912 Thanks 😊
I've never seen a fire department go that slow and get ready that slowly for a structure fire
They didn’t appear to be in any hurry. Glad I don’t live there.
Ladder 3 remindes me of F.D.N.Y
Seagrave Aerialscope, just like many FDNY towers
Croatian firefighters left a station in like 20 seconds
I just watched one where they were watching a soccer game and it was so quick that it seemed planned
Somebody knows a faster way 😉
I live right down the street from this house, they always keep one ladder face the back exit that spins right around to that road, probably quicker to get them outta there since its a congested area typically.
If its a full house why didint the heavy rescue go
It's not a working truck is the old heavy rescue truck
@@dragonemergencyvideos oh ok
A lot of Arsonists are firefighters
Wtf?
None of these guys would be making a rig at my department, when are p.o.c’s respond there sprinting along with the duty crews leaving the day room or bunk room! Especially for a Structure Fire 😂!! I swear you’ve never seen so many fat old guys run so fast in your life🤣🤣
Its not called bullhorn.
What do you call it
Next to a train yard
Perty seagrave
Someone stole this video from you… nice catch though boss!
They look like hotshot trucks
ford F450 ambulance
Sounds dead
Aye im first and nice cstch buddy
Cheers mate!
2,3,4!! Lol!!😂😂😂
Your camera work needs a little help, to jerky.
It was steady when it needed to be.
@@r5t6y12 was thinking the same thing, jerky but steady when needed. Great video either way.
