I know it’s never easy to be open about your mental health but when ever you feel ready, find a method of communication that feels right for you,
Find a suitable time and place,
Practice what you want to say,
    Offer them relevant information,
    Be honest and open,
Suggest things they could do to help.
And that’s Ese right there… God bless you Ese can’t love you less
