With a 25km long beach, I am expecting they are going to build many hotels there! And, according to the pictures posted on TripAdvisor, it seems to me that the beach is kind of wavy. And, how long it takes to Camaguey?
Cayo Cruz is about 1 hour from Cayo Coco and about 2 hours from Camaguey. According to the Gaviota Tourism Group (a leading organization in the Cuban tourism sector), the number of hotel rooms on Cayo Cruz should reach about 4000, in addition to many other tourist services.
