Jimmy Kimmel dedicated a good chunk of his monologue to dissecting Trump's ongoing criminal trial in New York. However, he's also puzzled about how Trump manages to repeatedly flout the gag order imposed on him.
Throughout the trial, Trump and his legal team have clashed over the gag order, with prosecutors pointing out that he's continuously and knowingly disregarded it. It's a head-scratcher for Kimmel and many others, wondering just how Trump keeps getting away with it.

The judge is just banking his contempt charges and then he will be incarcerated after the trial is over so If he keeps violating his gag order he will have another contempt charge added to his sentence and he could end up being in jail for months for his contempt charges.
