Huge thanks indeed for allowing me to narrate both intro's for Chillingham Castle Twas a real honour gents, youve made this old northern bloke very happy. 👍🏻
Now...onto the video. Just fookin amazing It was an editing masterpiece and I can see what a headache it was for you to put together but you need to be exceptionally proud of yourself for doing it. I rather watch your stuff like this than any other main stream TV crap anyday. Massively gutted for you both about the footsteps and clock bell 😢 but huge respect for the instant debunk....thats why we watch you though... honesty and integrity.

Can someone explain how a clock sounds like footsteps? I'm not meaning anything by it I would like to know how the clock building up to chime sounds like footsteps I also wonder why didn't that guy giving the tour say that you will hear footsteps before it chimes

I'm new watching this channel and I really love how you let the guide tell us the history and the ghostly sightings without you guys interrupting them. Nothing grinds my gears more than paranormal investigators talking over or interrupting the guide. As us viewers aren't just here for the investigation, we are also here for the history.

As an American, I absolutely love being able to learn the incredible history of these old buildings. We have nothing near as old, obviously. Even just to be able to touch one of those walls, I’d be enthralled!
I loved hearing the guide’s accounts and tour. What I appreciated most is probably that you are honest about your findings, not afraid to debunk things!
I never really watch stuff like this, but I enjoyed this so much, I’ll subscribe. Thank you so much for sharing your footage of such incredible places I’ll never be able to visit, and thank you for being real, having integrity! Much appreciated 💗

Wow ! Excellent ! I visited Chillingham about 18 years ago . I was in the dungeon room on my own , I was chuckling at a ‘Do not sit on here ‘ sign on the spiked torture chair when there was a deep scary groan right in my ear …… just like someone taking their last breath……I was out of there quick sticks 😮😮😮😮

I love castles, but unfortunately, many are crumbling away due to the cost for repairs. I hope you both return for a part 2. Even authenticity has its price, but you are much better for it! You need to do this again, waiting by the clock to see if you get the thumping noise at the clock. It probably is, but, it might be a sentry making hourly rounds which coincide with the clock chiming on the hour. You never know.

Chillingham Castle is my speciality, I've stayed there many times doing research and soaking up the atmosphere. I've researched the history over 20 years and most of it in BS. The actual DOCUMENTED history is very hard to come in historic archives. I would like to congratulate you guys for NOT falling into the usual CRAP that is spouted by other so called ghost hunters. Be careful of what the guides tell you, half of that is a script and I was pleased to hear the guide say everything in the torture chamber is a replicate. This was the BEST and most authentic stay over I've EVER seen. Great debunk on the clock. Thanks for keeping it real.

Well done guys. This is absolutely stunning and beautifully put together. It’s a shame about the footsteps but I watch you because you’re honest. I thoroughly enjoyed this and hope that you get the chance to investigate here again sometime. I’m guessing this wasn’t a cheap place to rent and then with travel, food, accommodation (?) etc that it ended up being a costly endeavour. Thank you for all your hard work. Love 💕 and hugs 🫂 to you both and your families 🥰💙🌹

Great video guys. Beautifully edited. Such a shame that the footsteps were actually the clock chime winding up but your honesty and on the fly debunks are what separate you from the fake paranormal channels out there. Would love to visit Chillingham castle some time. Looks full of history.

I loved investigating Chillingham Castle. Stayed overnight. Lots of activity in the grounds around the castle too. Will have to go back again. 😊

Another amazing investigation… just being surrounded by the history itself must have been one hell of an experience! To be able to be in that space, just the two of you, when do you ever get to experience that… amazing! I know it must be disheartening at times, when you think you have activity but then you debunk it, but that just makes when you do find actual paranormal activity all the better because if you guys can’t explain/debunk it then it’s all the more awesome and that’s why I love you guys… Keep up the awesome work! 👏🏻… peace ✌️

This is real good place for a paranormal investigation makes a change from when you see some of these other channels that are investigating a 50 year old derelict house somewhere that’s never seen any history or anything worth talking about

My dream home ❤ I been there a few times and stayed over. It was very active but so beautiful and historic. I recommend it to anyone. They give you a warning when you stay cause it's so active.

I really enjoyed this one, the History is amazing, the stories from Mark were good. Shame about the footsteps, however I heard talking at "49.21", like a conversation going on. The camera work was outstanding too. Thank you. Don't be disappointed, just when you least expect it, the paranormal bites you in the bum.

Just a thought here, at the end of your investigation you talked about the foot steps and the clock , it could possible be a residual type haunting. Just repeating itself.
I too had the honor of staying in Chillingham. Wow! Stayed in the grey room and the look out room . Things did go bump in the night. Great job and very informative.👍

I've just noticed at 21:03 , just as Jason says 'if this is you', there's a white/silver faded line that moves to the right, on the right of the door. 🤔
