Linklight returns to the workshop for Rivals of Aether which gives you access to custom new characters or mods! In this video I check out Green Impostor. After checking out Black Impostor, White Impostor & Maroon Impostor it was only natural we check out this guy. It was actually made by the same people who made Black Impostor!

These imposter guys are from a mod called imposterV4 From Fnf.
Green is summoning Red To shoot
All the colors there are based off different characters,.
Like for example green has ________ blue That blank would be in name for a character
Next one coming out is either grey(blacks kinda adopted son),pink(another week) or red (the guy who shoots for green)

If you ever want to know the origins of these specific impostors, you should check out the Friday Night Funkin’ mod Vs. Impostor! Many of these attacks are references to the up down left right poses of these characters and the lore of the mod. Another note, all of the colors are references to other characters in the mod, such as Jorsawsee and Chefogus. (Tuesday is a reference to Tomongus (he’s also in the mod lol) It’s extremely high quality check it out sometime!
(If you run out of impostors to hang out with next time, boyfriend would be appropriate lol)

I'm glad someone noticed the Tuesday alt! Wasn't sure if people would understand that one lol. I pretty much kept monitoring his poses so I could get better ideas of what the moves should have been

I feel like everyone's said this, but Linklight keeps being confused by all of these, so imma say it.
This, as well as the Black, White, Maroon, and whatever other color Impostors we've gotten are specifically from an Among Us themed Friday Night Funkin' mod called Vs. Impostor. The Tuesday, Jorsawsee, and JADS alts are all from the mod.
Calling out references!
Basic attacks and movement
0:24 the megaphone is the same one that you use whenever you report a body in among us, and is also in green’s up sprite in sussus toogus.
0:29 the card in the swipe card task.
0:38 it’s the laptop used in one of green’s sprites in sussus toogus!
1:05 the double jump is a reference to green’s parasite form.
Aerials
1:33 the mini crewmate on green’s head is his adopted son, Yarlamando.
2:06 another reference to green’s parasite form.
Colors (there’s a lot, and mainly from the same universe green impostor is from, being vs impostor, a mod for a rhythm game)2:55
Red impostor, green’s lover.
Yellow, a reference to a usable color in among us, and a character in green’s universe.
White, Black, Maroon, Gray, Pink, and Coral are all the same as yellow.
Tuesday, a reference to the song Tomongus Tuesday sang by Tomongus, the color is also the same as Tomongus.
Jorsawee Blue, a reference to Jorsawee, a character in vs impostor.
Warchief Purple, a reference to Warchief, a character in vs impostor
JADS Lime, a reference to JADS, a character in vs impostor, and a dev of vs impostor.
Chefogus Orange, a reference to Chefogus, a character in vs impostor
Powers Cyan, a reference to Powers, a character in vs impostor (fun fact: powers is a crewmate who got is so annoying he just grew an impostors mouth.)
Esculent brown, a reference to the song Esculent, sang by brown (idk if he has a different name) the color is also the same as brown.
Dev, a reference but idk to what

4:20 (noice) the character that came out of the vent is red impostor, greens lover!
4:50 another reference to green’s parasite form.
5:26 *IS THAT A JOJO REFERENCE*
Ok for real tho, this was clever, what green pulled out is animated as the device used to sabotage the reactor (at least in vs impostor) so it’s sabotaging the opponent’s ability to react!
5:43 an even more direct reference to green’s parasite form

7:17 the way he threw his knife up is a reference to green’s up sprite in the songs lights down and reactor!
7:39 another reference to green’s parasite form.
Shield and taunt
8:12 oh… my god, this is so clever. This is a reference to when the impostor tries to kill a crewmate who is protected by a guardian angel in among us! AND THE LITTLE GHOST INDICATING THAT THEY’RE PROTECTED IS RED IN THIS SPRITE! RED IS PROTECTING GREEN
8:33 the taunt is a reference to green’s down sprite in lights down and reactor!
Edit: one more thing the victory screen IS green’s parasite form.
Reds taunt should be a sequence where he kills each color in different ways

Also the up special is more like wings. Look up Ejected from Vs. Impostor and you'll see why
that's actually a tentacle

After the new impostors coming out, black really needs an update to keep up with the other impostors.
Especially when black impostor is the big bad of the impostors.
Now we only need red, gray, and pink

The shield animation is reference to the angel guardian ability in among us
The reason why a ghost impostor appears behind you when you shield is beacuse theres a special ghost role, it is called guardian, and it gives you an ability to protect any crewmate and impostor(for some reason) for about 1 and a half second.
I think it will be after it in this order : Red, Gray, Pink, Yellow and maybe the other one
I would love a boss mode where they're in their parasite form
The only parasites we will see are Green, Maroon and Black.
You have to also consider the other few imposters, like the guys from 'Who' or 'Idk' and even Voting Time, there is also Chefogus, Identity Crisis, etc.

The little ghost that appear when you shield is the guardian angel(that shielding thing only happens when an impostor tries to kill you in the actual game)

the back air is inspired by greens left pose
the up air is inspired by greens and red son yarlomando
the down air is based off the tentacles in his parasite form
netrual special is based off of his husband red impostor
side special again from his parasite form
up special is his parasite form
the forward smash is based off of his right pose
the up smash is is based off of his up pose
ONCE A GODDAMN AGAIN down smash is his parasite form
the ghost on the shield is red protecting green aka guardian angel
his taunt is his down pose from verse impostor
