We got a new petrol mower last year, and it came with a mulcher plug. For the first two or three spring cuts I use the grass box, after that I fit the mulcher and it saves so much time not having to empty the grass box, plus space saved in the recycling bin. Any future mower I buy will definitely have a mulcher on.
This happened to us but it was hubby fault he turned the freezer off instead of the plug next to it. To say he was Ticked off was an understatement the air was blue. We lost a lovely joint of beef pork and Lamb as well as casserole meats and chops and mince. That’ll teach him to moan about doing the lawn and to be mindful of turning the extension lead off and not the freezer. He’s now replacing what got lost. But as my old mum used to say bought sense is the best sense. 😂😂
So sad your freezer turned off, strange happening as it did but hey, what can be done, hopefully your freezer works now and you at least don't have the expense of buying a new one and yes Celsius and centigrade are same scale. Another really interesting video, thank you.
Thank you Martin and Sharon you have been busy over the last few days and still managed to send us a video l really appreciate all the work you do so consistently. It was great to see baby frank on his bike he was peddling along like a good on, the butcher is very reasonable, especially the packs of meat. Merlin and Dougal have really missed you both. Sending big huggles to warm you both up from Lynda ❤❤
I had a suspician it might''ve been little Frankie. When my eldest son was 2 he had an obsession with the knobs on the cooker and switched them on one morning as we were going out. Came back to a very hot kitchen.☹
Strange thing happened to me when one of my appliances 'turned itself off at the socket outlet' despite no one being able to access it. It kept doing it mysteriously and inadvertently and turned out to be a faulty spring on the switch. Despite the switch appearing to open and close correctly and felt normal it would spring itself off unexpectedly over time. I replaced the socket outlet and it solved the issue.
Hi Shaz and Martin. Sorry to hear about the freezer. What a shame you couldnt see all of the station etc at the heritage centre. Great vlog as per usual, take care xx
Problem here though is that no-one knows WHEN the meat defrosted and they could smell it when they walked in the room. So, if they were to leave it in THEIR local park, they might be responsible for the loss of wildlife in Woodall Spa!😱🤣
Hi Sharon Hi Martin hi to Merlin and Dougal .i just wanted to say a Huge Thank You Both for all of your time & work that goes into each & every single video..Thank you also for taking us along with you whilst you were on holiday..they are great video's that i look forward to watching 😊 ill say again THANK YOU.until your next video Goodnight God Bless xx❤❤
Same thing happened to me on Saturday.. Managed to save a small Pork joint and some bbq pork chops which i couldn't eat, because i had loads of food in my fridge.Gave them to a neighbour or tried to lol, they were vegetarian.😊 So they gave them to their in-laws who lived next day. My freezer was an upright one and completely full as i just filled it up last week ready for winter.. Had it for 15 years, so i can't grumble, just very annoyed as i dont like waste😔
Martin I have the same vacuum it's a common issue on these models it's actually the vacuum pipe tht connects to the brush head the metal prongs need adjusting because there not connecting properly tht makes the brush head intermittently stopping hope tht helps for the future
Hi Martin and Sharon loved tonight’s show especially the part with me and the wife in it O ye and the Maserati lol lovely to meet you both yesterday and maybe see you again if we are in the area .
My wife and I were on holiday in that area in July we called in to Bardney we popped into that cafe the gentlemen is a larger than life Yorkshire man I think he’s a builder that cafe is a new build even though it looks original there pictures dedicated to wartime airforce bombers I think and some large model aircraft hanging from the ceiling.
Martin I mentioned in a comment earlier in the year about plums going biannual! Please do not chop it back you will have a bumper crop next year. Mine the leaning over budelia can be cut right back and it will completely regrow .

When Anders Celsius created his original scale in 1742 he inexplicably chose 0° for the boiling point and 100° for the freezing point. A little over one year later Frenchman Jean Pierre Cristin proposed an inverted version of the scale (freezing point 0°, boiling point 100°). He named it Centigrade. Then, in 1948, by international agreement, Cristin’s adapted scale became known as Celsius to honour the Swedish Scientist, who first invented this temperature scale." Edit: Lol, Sharon mentioned this about a minute after I posted :-)

I call it centigrade and will continue to do so until the day I die - Fahrenheit is named after the geezer who invented it - only since around the 80s or so, have people started calling it Celsius after the man who invented it - Anders Centigrade - er - Celsius!
Hi both. So sorry about your freezer. May be it was young frank, kid do 'things' dont they. lol One of mine sat behind a chair, in the front room. Found out later he was drawing (with felt tip) a giraffe. Thank you bot Love Fay

Hi both, is your pear tree grown in a tub? Just wondering as I’m doing the same and shocked to how many pears you have, that’s amazing 😊 this is my first year so see what next year brings 🤞
Oh what a shame about your freezer. Blooming heck what an expense. I thought about baby Frank as soon as you said how small the space was. What can you do no one was injured only your bank account lol. They are so nice at your butchers. Actually I love going to the butchers when I’m in England. I think they are all friendly. Thanks as always take care.

A great watch Sharon and Martin. What a swine about your freezer, very annoying and such a waste. That's great about sending a replacement for your vacuum. Some company's are really good and efficient. Merlin and Dougal are so funny, love them. Little Frank did well on his new bike. The butchers looked fabulous and the variety is so good. Thank you both. Oh and the chicken and steak looked yummylicious. Crispy chicken skin to die for. Ha ha.
Right as usual Martin... Interestingly, centigrade is an old fashioned name for Celsius. The freezing point of water for Celsius is 0°C, whereas the boiling point of water is 100°C. The abbreviate of Celsius is to °C. This temperature scale was invented and named after Swedish scientist Anders Celsius (1701-1744) in 1742.
