23:04 the fourth mode is for screwing delicate metal sheets. It stops when your screw bottoms so it helps you not to destroy them holes.

I like that Klein multi- tool nut driver, I am a lineman for a cable company and I use 1/4 to 1/2" and I have one of each in my bag. Having just one nut driver to carry and still have all the sizes I need is cool. I never knew they made that. Thanks for sharing.

I also own most of these hand tools if not all of them, as I’m a general maintenance contractor in the UK 🇬🇧 Mon to Fri and I renovate houses for myself on evenings and weekends, I buy the best tools as I see it as an investment because they last longer and work better.
I have several smaller Veto Tech MCT bags and run each one set up for different trades, Plumbing, Electrical, Joinery and then a General all in one type bag. I find that works well for hand tools as there nothing worse than having a huge bag full of gear and not being able to find what you want, when you want it. Smaller, job specific bags are the way to go.
Being organised will make you a better tradesman, bring you better, more well paid, repeat jobs, I tested this theory last year by really trying to organise my van, tools, work flow in general and the last 8 months have earned me almost 50% more than the 8 months previous. It makes you feel better about work too. I can’t recommend it enough, it changed my life in a big way.

I worked my butt off all my and I was to be a warehouse manager at 18 but underpaid so I went into the trades but always felt underpaid and people that didn't work as hard but had fast mouths got paid more. I decided to take a pay cut to work for a brewery and started at the bottom and in 3 years I'm one of the head people more than doubled my pay and the best part is I'm treated great and appreciated. My three favorite sleeper tools that id suggest to you would be the pica dry pencil, holstery belt magnets and the olight arkfeld pro. Thanks for another great video, mr west. Overall, nice pick of tools. I do agree that nothing beats Knipex in terms of pliers, cutters, wire strippers etc. and Wera screwdrivers. The only things I don't agree are the backpack and the Fluke. While the backpack is indeed nice, sturdy and very durable, I like my large Milwaukee backpack a lot and I'm thinking about getting the Stanley Fatmax, because it's a bit smaller and it has a removable tool bag inside, which can hold way more tools than most bags I've seen. The Fluke you have looks nice, but it has less features than my $40 Uni-T clamp meter and there's just no way I would spend $200 something that has the most basic features.

You just need Lineman/kleins, strippers, 11-1 screwdriver, beater screwdriver, 2 pairs of channel locks, torpedo level, tape measure and a voltmeter in your toolbelt. That backpack can stay in the truck. That’s all an apprentice needs at the beginning of his apprenticeship.

      Jealous.
Backpacks make sense sometimes. You can fit a lot in them and climb a ladder with them or a flight of stairs. Or you can lug them around and drop them in the middle of the job and use a pouch in between. That's what i do.
