I emailed them 2 days ago they said "wait for 24-48 hours your problem will be resolved I've waited for 48 hours, now they are saying "sorry please wait for 24-72 hours" Iam unable to cancel he order because it is packed 😢 What to do? Payment was prepaid This is causing me mental trauma. Please help
