I have purchased this on launch day, after 3 day of use my opinion is if you want for calling purpose go for it, battery is awesome (after 3 day use still more than 65℅ battery of case, build quality of buds is also good, I accidentally drop one of bud but there is no internal damage nor external damage I don't use it for gaming nor I am music freak so i don't know.

The Volume control issue has nothing to do with the earbuds itself. Update the phone firmware or use another phone (preferably recent launched) and you'll see the difference 📈
Had same issue with Dizo Wireless Dash 👈 volume control of neckband and phone are seperate in my Narzo 30 but no issues with Redmi Note 8 pro.

Ye volume wala point phone to phone depend karta hai. Maine personally volume check kara hai and it works perfectly on my phone. Whenever the volume goes down on the headphone, phone me bhi neeche chala jata hai and vice versa.

mein bhi ye product use kr rhi hu but merko ak problem aa rahi hai jab full volume par song suno to right side wale earbud mein bich bich mein tak tak ki voice aati hai(dhol types of songs specifically) kya ap mein bhi hota hai ye or mene warranty mein check krva liye unhone claim rejecte kardiya kya kru mein??
