Yay! I'm SO excited! I started watching your channel the last time y'all traveled and I'm excited to see it all! The renovation of the RV, the places y'all visit and where y'all end up. Kristen…the unsweetened almond milk in a case at Costco is perfect for smoothies. And easy to store in garage. Clean ingredients and nothing added.

I've been making a "dessert" smoothie with frozen strawberries, coconut milk and agave syrup. SO good!

Keep the Ezekiel bread in the fridge at the least, it will mold quick with no preservatives. And those corn tortillas. Love your grocery hauls!!

I’ve never been to Trader Joe’s and I’ve never been to Starbucks….I have family members who don’t understand….why I’ve never gone. I enjoyed the haul and I always do. Thanks for sharing.
Went to TJ’s last night for the first time in years! I was surprised to find some items were cheaper than Walmart!
I also started my sourdough journey this week. I bought a freeze dried starter from Ballerina Farm and it’s already doing it’s thing 🎉 Should be able to bake a loaf tomorrow 🙌🏼

Don’t even have a trader joes in the UK but I still gotta watch these vidoes. Can you do a full shop in trader joes? Like toilet roll/washing detergent with cleaning products /alcohol etc? Or is it just basic groceries
They do have those things but not a ton of the paper products.

@@KristenKasper I cut up the sprouts and then toss it in the crunch. It cooks them faster and it’s amazing. So, so good.
Love me some Trader Joe's however there a 45min drive from my house but I absolutely make a FALL hall...its my favorite time of the year at Trader Joes. I get like 4boxes of those mini hold the cones when I go...lol. Can you make a YT Short gel nail tutorial next time you do your nails please Ma'Ma😉?????
If you’re still doing the Arbonne protein shakes, I always make mine with the So Delicious brand in the green carton. I think it’s non-dairy unsweetened organic or something like that. I get it either cold with the other milk or they have shelf stable in a box like chicken broth. It’s pretty good and it has a thinner consistency which I like. 😊 also, just curious but does Oregon tax groceries? I remember when we lived in Kentucky for a few years I was so shocked the first time we bought groceries and there was NO tax. Score! 🤯

oh no girl that’s not the type of coconut milk that’s a milk substitute 😭😭. that’s canned coconut milk and it’s for cooking. coconut milk for smoothies is much more watered down and is basically just like almond milk etc like it comes in a carton. also don’t worry about these things “having a million ingredients” bc amount of ingredients doesn’t determine nutrition whatsoever and the ingredients are all perfectly fine :)
I used water and a splash of that coconut milk. Super yummy and creamy!

I remember in the farm house days you were gluten free. What differences do you notice whenever you eat it? I’m coming to the conclusion that it may be the cause of my bloating.
Depends on what it is. But bloating and inflammation. I used to get bad stomach cramps. I had my implants removed in 2019 though and that helped clear up a lot of my inflammation and stomach issues.
Well I’ve just got my saggy mom boobs so I can rule that out 😂 I seriously look 10/15 pounds skinnier some days and I’m trying to figure out what’s causing it.
@@kendrickcrew3996 maybe you could get an allergy test, for lots of potential culprits.
I wasn’t a fan of that drink and I threw it out of the window oops😂
