Yup. If you are attacking the core for example using sylvanas you cast blizzard and you know that for 5 seconds nobody will kill your sylvanas. Plus it works better vs enemy's sylv cuz when she dies and banshee comes out blizzard is still going which crowd controls banshee

I'd say you need legendary shaman and lvl 28 bats.
