I know you probably filmed this in advance to posting, but one thing I’ve been trying to get into the habit of is moisturizing your braids by spritzing water on them and then sealing with an oil (when you want to re moisturize them). Because the water is what is actually going to be adding moisture back into the braids ✨

I love watching your videos because you’re so relatable and I almost always learn something new. Looks so much healthier and thicker and its still long to me x
I have no idea how to trim my own ends and I'm so scared to let others do it. I usually plait my hair into like mini plants or twists and trim where I think needs to be trimmed
Oh, that sounds like a good idea! I have no idea how to trim either. But like what you said.
Yeah me too i just snip what I see as I style my hair. We would probably benefit more from doing a more thorough trim but it's enough for now 😂
@@jysikahill5803 yup🤣🤣
You are talking straight facts. You saw the cut side come to life. I had planned to do the same thing to my hair and I don't even have half your length just ready to give a genuine go at taking care of my hair.
Girlllll! I was so scared by this title that I stopped what I was doing just to tune in. Lol if “got em” was a person, it’ll be you! 🙈😂❤️ Health over length any day! Love ya girl!
I love you a million times more everyday 😩💕💕💕💕💕💕
Can you put twists in Josh’s hair? Anyways much love from the VI🥰
I just trimmed my hair yesterday. I'm not even going to say how long I went between trims 🙈 The bounce in my curls after those dead ends are gone is the BEST
I’m cutting my hair soon too 😭😭. She just hasn’t been approving my actions as of lately. She and I are ready for a fresh a start, and I’ve always wanted to do a short look since I was like 16. This is definitely a part of my self-love journey, weight-loss journey, etc. I’m excited.
#HealthOverLength
And shoutout to Josh for this amazing instrumental! I definitely recognized it from the luxury apartment tour video. He did his thing with this 🔥🔥🔥🙌🏾
My favorite on YT rn 😭❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Not me stalking your page today waiting for a natural hair video and you delivertttt!
Your ends look so much better after the trim. I just trimmed mine last week. Cut six inches off; depression in 2020 took a toll on my haircare practices. It's in good shape now and all I have to do is keep it that way.
Loved your video! When you did the comparison at 13:30, you could really see the difference in health between the two sides. You did a great job!
Isi, we need a wig haul video! You are rocking these wigs!
You hair looks so much better than the thumbnail now! I’m taking this as my sign. 😩
This was a sign for me to do my trim tomorrow 😂😭 snm ‼️
God loves you so much that he gave his only son to die for our sins! he loves you with everything in him therefore you’ll never be alone! God bless you and may he bring peace into your life! 💓🙏🏾
God bless you!!!
@@poisedladydiaries Thank you! May God bless you as well!
There isn't much a difference in length though
Me watching this after doing the big chop it wasn’t heat damage btw was transitioning from perm hair to natural and you are such an inspiration to me knowing that you are not afraid to admit you have heat damage or anything going on with your hair is amazing I know it’s hard cutting your hair but it’s a relief 🥰🥲👏🏾love your videos I’m from the Bahamas btw 🇧🇸🇧🇸
Healthy results sis!
I know you probably filmed this in advance to posting, but one thing I’ve been trying to get into the habit of is moisturizing your braids by spritzing water on them and then sealing with an oil (when you want to re moisturize them). Because the water is what is actually going to be adding moisture back into the braids ✨
I do this
It’s the natural hair and natural face for meeee👏🏾👏🏾😍😍😍❤️❤️
Girl I used to trim my ends myself allll the time but my hair got longer and thicker so now I go get them cut !I applaud you because I would have stopped at the first section 😭.
The ending was so cute lollllll
One of the reasons I big chopped my hair again. It didn't feel the same anymore. It sucks, but like you said, it's hair. It'll grow back.
My right is my dominant side and it's definitely longer than my left ,with a weird softer and more elongated curl pattern🙄🤔
Yes girl HEALTH over LENGTH ALWAYS! I just had to get rid of mines. No split ends over here!
Gosh influencers like you keeps me reminded of why I love taking care of my hair #thanksforsharing ❤
I love watching your videos because you’re so relatable and I almost always learn something new. I just trimmed /cut my hair last month because I caused heat damage to it. 😩 After watching your video I’m now thinking that I may have over cut because I cut every bit of the sheer ends then began trimming to even things out. All in all it was over 5 inches of loss. On a positive note, my moisture balance has been restored and my curls are popping.
Omg I got here so quickly this was a nice suprise for the end of my day you're beautiful Isi I hope you didn't cut a lot...🥺
Edit: okay not so bad it actually look so much better right after and I love how you always use Josh beats on the videos
Yes people take notes. This is facts. Holding on to bad ends is only hindering your hair growth journey.
I keep mines in most of the time and had to do a chop also. Wasn't keeping it well moisturized during the protective process. So it is Back to growth season for me too 💗
Your hair is beautiful!!!!
It's the healthy hair and the couple dance for me💙
My left side is always shorter than my right side but now that u mentioned it its funny cause I sleep on my left side more than my right 🤷♀️🤷♀️ Im due for a trim too 🤦♀️
My left side is also shorter than the right, and my hair grows in layers as well. Just crazy
Thought l was the only one😫
Is it cut in layers?
This was very helpful, wasn't exactly sure how to do this without looking crazy. Thanks🥰
The middle of my hair is the shortest cause initially when i was born i had a temple fade so my momma paid alot more attention to my sides and my middle kinda got neglected
After a trim your hair feels amazing. 😍 I would trim everyday if I could 😂
My heart dropped ISIIIIIII😂
Same like you boo! My right side is much longer and has more volume than my left. People say the side that you sleep on influences this.
