    Thank you John! Your method here really resonated with me and I am going to start practicing this.
    I am able to "conjure" up the feeling of energy very strongly in my feet, sometimes to the point where it feels like a continuous electric shock is being applied to them. Have you had any experience with sensations like this? Thank you again. Peace.

    Hi John, getting into Reiki and loved this exercise. I was wondering if you know about a meditation/exercise to heal a specific area (in my case, right big toe small flexor tendon, which prevents me from bending it, thus walking… since 2016, no medical help, but kinesio tape - my own intuition, honestly). So darn small, but screwing up my life big time.😔

      Hi there! I'm not a great healer by any means but I do have a few ideas.
      1. Try the energetic rubbing, squeezing, etc. exercises for the entire foot until you get a nice formless feeling of your foot as energy.
      2. Then progress to getting more specifically concentrated on that toe, using any energy motions that work for you.
      3. You could try to energetically create the sensation of wiggling your toe without pain or restriction, generating the feeling of exactly what it is like to move that toe again. Also visualizing yourself walking smoothly and easily with full confidence. Basically creating the experience as vividly as you can and, most importantly, getting into the emotional feeling of the experience.
      4. Getting into the healing attitude. I like to visualize/sense/feel that I am connected to the entire universal field of energy, trusting in the healing intelligence to flow wherever it's needed and getting myself out of the way and allowing it to function properly. The goal here is to feel gratitude and certainty that the healing is taking place.
      This should give you plenty to play with! Personally, my mantra for healing is "according to your faith, so be it unto thee" - this helps me maintain the certainty of healing as long as I can free myself from doubt, fear, negativity, etc.
