Baby was a true menace. For every implication this one scene makes you think about, it’s incredibly sad seeing family fighting because of possession and the kind of villain who turns the heroes’ loved ones on them is a truly evil monster. This setup was akin to something I would write. I like. I truly despise Baby with a passion but he’s my kind of villain!

I like a lot of the concepts from GT, but the pacing and writing didn't hold up for me personally. It drags pretty hard in some parts, and the early fights are dragged out unnecessarily.

GT Gohan is what Super Gohan should’ve been. He never stopped training after the Buu Saga (confirmed in the GT Perfect Files) and he managed to also balance his life as a scholar. No plot power ups needed, a natural progression of his character. Plus his farewell with Piccolo always hits.

Base form Ultimate Gohan before it was retconned as a transformation above SS2 in Super. Didn't need training if his Ultimate ability kept him at the same level as SS3 Buu Saga Goku and he could go SS and SS2 on top of that.

Yeah realistically this Gohan should be able to turn Beast since it’s a Gohan that kept maintaining his work but also still trained. Meaning that he is WAY stronger than Super Gohan. However there’s two main reasons why he didn’t go Beast here. First he was completely aware that Goten was under control by Baby, because of that he didn’t want to hurt him. Second, Beast wasn’t a thing yet. Therefore he couldn’t turn Beast.
Except ToP arc. Gt is good but it wasn't better than the ToP arc, if you disagree so then it's fine, just remember why ToP broke the internet and not any GT arc
What really annoyed me in Gt was that some characters were treated like a punching bag especially Gohan even though he's really smart and experienced in battles. Yes he somehow got a chance in super whether it's the manga and the anime. Fighting Kefla and stuff and finally getting this beast form but wouldn't have been better if he just trained in the hyperbolic time chamber with Piccolo. But Let's not just talk about Uub like his potential got wasted by the villains. He even merged with buu in the end. But it's useless against super Android 17. Like what he can't hold him off like Vegeta did ?

Base form Ultimate Gohan before it was retconned as a transformation above SS2 in Super. Didn't need training if his Ultimate ability kept him at the same level as SS3 Buu Saga Goku and he could go SS and SS2 on top of that.
Always wanted Goten to get the arc he truly deserves they can easily make him some high level character but instead he’s just trunks fusion partner
My absolute favorite arc In anything after z. I absolutely LOVE the ideas in this arc especially the idea of pitting the most pure hearted family against each other through corruption

Yeah realistically this Gohan should be able to turn Beast since it’s a Gohan that kept maintaining his work but also still trained. Meaning that he is WAY stronger than Super Gohan. However there’s two main reasons why he didn’t go Beast here.
First he was completely aware that Goten was under control by Baby, because of that he didn’t want to hurt him.
Second, Beast wasn’t a thing yet. Therefore he couldn’t turn Beast.

What really annoyed me in Gt was that some characters were treated like a punching bag especially Gohan even though he's really smart and experienced in battles. Yes he somehow got a chance in super whether it's the manga and the anime. Fighting Kefla and stuff and finally getting this beast form but wouldn't have been better if he just trained in the hyperbolic time chamber with Piccolo.
