Anakin and Padmé are adorable in this game but can we also talk about how much more brutal Jango’s death is in this game? In canon, he loses a head… in Lego, he gets stepped on by Jedi, stampeded by various animals, and in the end smashed by an airship… and somehow his helmet survives… then he gets dropped by the airship without his jet pack damn!

@@aaronmonterroso9734 Well… that makes it worse… he could have saved himself but he still died anyway. Jango’s death is now done by his own inability to remember he has a jet pack… which is honestly hilarious and very on brand for Lego! 😂😂😂
He got trampled by the Reek in the movie too. That's why his jetpack didn't work when he tried to get away from Windu.

New personal head canon for Jango fette in the lego games. He didn't die, he was forced to retire after that LAAT landed on him.
My headcanon: he actually cracked his lego parts and he had a bunch of dents, so re retire and eventually died from natural causes

Honestly I love the movies and chemistry within it, though despite the flaws I still enjoyed it especially the animated TV show both 2D and modern cgi one. While LEGO SW is really fun and enjoyable, I can't deny the fact of the extra chemistry there is. I swear sometimes the dialog throws me off guard and I start laughing. Expected as always but still a welcome surprise for sure.
I love how they made the delivery of the bad dialogue more comedic. It's also slightly embarrassing on the movies' behalf

@Julian R not even that, the visuals are supposed to translate to the viewer what they’re feeling. This is said through line delivery, facial expressions, and acting but George Lucas didn’t direct any of these well.

What I want to see in these games is George Lucas and John Williams as playable characters I can imagine George Lucas having both dark and light side abilities along with the other abilities of other set characters like bounty hunter and I can imagine him having a lightsaber that just changes colors every time you turn it on and off and for John Williams mainly having gun abilities along with druids but styled as instruments and under George Lucas instead of it saying lightsaber it'd be how he describes them as laser swords

As someone who has basically disavowed themselves from the gaming community and pop culture as a whole, it is so refreshing to see a game like this. Honestly, WB should be proud of what they've done, because they have really outdone themselves with this game. Rey and Padmé are my absolute favorite characters in this game, mainly because of how adorable the are when they interact with the environment and other characters. Bravo WB games. You created a game that has singlehandedly made me interested in star wars and legos again. 👏👏👏

Me and my older brother have been playing this before we saw the episode movies. Cool they had Samuel l Jackson. Didn’t know Carrie fisher was Leia and not just Peter’s boss Angela. But Darth Vader’s backstory is just so goddamn heartbreaking.
