The creasing is not yet permanent. It now only occurs when stretching to open. I do think as time goes on the creasing will eventually show on the leather.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. When I first received and inspected the bag, I did notice some of piping and alignment is not to the dot at a 100%. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to compare two bags and both bare similar characteristics. I recognize these are handmade so the stitching would not be as symmetrical as the machine made. It is within my level of tolerance so I kept it. This sort of applies to some of the other bags I own. If yours is going to be something that will continue to bother you, then definitely worth to take further consideration into keeping it. Hope this helps.
@@lust4luxev552 I think the 22 this is a bit small for an organizer. I stuff it when not being used and im ok with it not being completely puffed out while wearing it crossbody. I do use an organizer for the 25, but i find it making it heavier.
Hi there. I think it is still too early to get creasing at this point. I would expect the creasing to start around the opening where it frequently gets stretched. However, the another bag I saw already had some wrinkle around the opening which im not sure if it is the nature of the leather or due to mishandling.

Yes, i do. I added the twilly scarf but it still squeaks where it the leather connects with the hardware. I think it might go away as it rubs more overtime. I still like it enuf to compromise that. If that bothers you, then you can try wrapping both handles and if not maybe consider letting it go.
Mine squeak a little as well, and I thought it would bother me. But when I use her out n about, I never notice it. You may notice it more in the silence of your home.
Do you know how much stuff the bag can hold ? Got mine @ bagxgo.com ,and you just pay a fraction compared to the actual thing, haha! So cool that it comes with the brand card as well! They really pay attention to detail and clearly try to make it as authentic as possible .
