Check on their website for current rules but when we went, it was mainly places to have meals, except for the pretzel place. The pizza place we didn't go to was a buffet at that time. That said, you can pop into a few of those places and just grab a snack (fruit, dessert, drink). Do keep in mind their current requirements on how long you need to wait between each use.
You are not supposed to share. Each person needs to have their own dining pass. That said, some of the locations (like the pretzel place) are takeout so it would be harder to keep tabs on that. Thank you for dropping by.
The price is for one adult for one day. So you would need to pay that every visit, if you want to do all day dining. If you are asking if we, personally, do all day dining every visit, no we don't. We had an annual pass and don't live too far so rarely spent a whole day at the park. If you eat at least 3 meals during the time you are there, for me, it's worth the price.
