I was laughing when you wrapped the sausage in pastry. 😂 Toad in the hole Yorkshire pudding once made up pour over sausages and bake in oven. 😊 Delish with onion gravy. 💚
Hari OM I was going to tell you, but I see other already did; Toad-in the Hole is a batter mix poured over the sausages. You can flour it like the Yorkshire style, or go more my mother's version which is minus the flour and closer to an omlette mix. Golly though, this Bonny Land sure does sing even in the driech! You are fab ambassadors for oor wee country. You really don't need to worry about being too regular over the next period... working up to wedding is widely acknowledge as one of the great stresses (and joys) of life!!! YAM xx
Hi love the channel we have been caravaners for 35+ years regarding your gas fire we were given a tip if you turn the dial down to the pilot light not off it burns minimum gas maintains some heat and you can turn it back up if needed hope this helps keep up the good work
We love your videos, Scotland is such a beautiful place. But, that is not a road in the hole lol. More like an open sausage roll. Toad in the hole has to be Yorkshire pudding and sausage. 👍🏻
Hi Gemma and Campbell. Another good one. Hope that you have managed to survive the bad weather over the last 4 weeks or so. Is Glencoe more of a favourite than Skye? From a very cold West Sussex by the Sea. Regards Crawford
@@highlands2hammocks Yes I agree Skye is remote even with the Bridge. We were going to move to Skye nearly 15 years ago but it would have been very impractical i.e. nearly 3 hours on a good day to Inverness plus family live at the end of the country!
We are due baby no.2 in june and still want to finish our van and move into it. I keep telling people I feel I'm lacking the freedom and have this want of adventure 😭 I hope if we can we will finish the van fully and get to achieve this one day🤞 had our van 2 years now but due to lack of funds and time if not even near complete 😢
Congratulations on your second baby 😁❤️ that is so exciting! I’m sure it will get done one day but for now you can enjoy those memories with the kids 🥰

Toad in the hole is Yorkshire pudding mix with sausages.
And I don’t know why we’ve never had one before, it was so good 😁
That’s our everyday water colour ..nice and peaty 😂

Delish with onion gravy. 💚
Will need to do that next time then 😂
You really can't beat the drive through Glen Coe. I think my ideal job might be to drive the Inverness to Glasgow bus!
Absolutely! 😍 although driving a bus on those roads would be nerve wracking 😂

The fleece? It’s a passenger one 😁
Great video keep up the great work . We love glen coe 😎👍
Thank you 😁❤️ aw so do we!
No bread for ducks! (Junk food) Give them some of your dried oats instead - they will be your best friends and it is far more nutritious for them 😊
Absolutely! Don’t worry I was just joking 😁

Thanks for watching Crawford 😁 ooh it’s tough, but I’d say yes because of how close it is to Glasgow ☺️ Skye is amazing but man is it far away!

Beautiful scenery. Scotland is somehow still unspoilt especially as you go north.
So true! Just so much wilderness 🥰
Toad in the hole is a Yorkshire thing not Scottish it’s Yorkshire pudding with sausage in middle
Haha woah I didn’t say it was Scottish 😂 will need to try it that way next time then!

Came to the comments today to see how many Yorkshire pudding comments there were 😂 thanks for the video though guys.
Hahaha did not disappoint 😂 it’s scone gate all over again! 🙃😂
Was that water or mild ale?
Yup haha filled up at the local brewery 😂
No place like home, there's no place like home as you click your sparkly red shoes together...not you Campbell.
Absolutely 😁 haha no?
Fab as usual I think I’d only go Scotland in winter hate midges ❤
That is a definite plus for visiting in winter ❄️❤️ no midges and much quieter!
Ohhh... me and Brussel sprouts in a small space, like a van.
Noooooooo!
Hahaha true 😂
When you realise that Scottish people don't know what Yorkshire pudding is.
😂😂
