  • How to Cook Meatloaf
    - 1 1/2 lbs Ground beef
    - 1 cup Breadcrumbs
    - 2 Eggs
    - 1 Onion
    - 2 cloves Garlic
    - 1/4 cup Ketchup
    - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    - 1 tsp Salt
    - 1/2 tsp Black pepper
    - Optional: Barbecue sauce for topping
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, diced onion, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
    3. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
    4. Optional: Brush top with additional ketchup or barbecue sauce.
    5. Bake for 45-55 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
    6. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
    Notes:
    - Customize with preferred seasonings or diced vegetables.
    - Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
