Am at my 20s still growing and all but one of the biggest life lessons I learned was the fact that nothing is permanent in life everything has it's expiry date and for the life of me I had to embrace change, live my life every single day not forget that the only powerful weapon I have in life are my knees while talking to God. All this helped me develop a thick skin toward things, situations, circumstances and opportunities that I should embrace or shield away, so never be afraid of walking through hell keep walking and you may cross that door soon enough. Change is Timeless, accept, believe in yourself, be your own kind of beautiful and your own hero.
I can relate to the gut feeling... its what the heart knows that's not registered in your mind. It's uniquely pure, thoughtless, bias-less and brilliantly crazy.
We know you as a successful, brilliant, inspiring young woman, but could you speak more of the days/years when you were not sure of your own power (if those years were there), when you always second-guessed yourself, when you settled for less..and also speak about the turnaround, what moment, or moments, or decisions, enabled you to turn from that shy girl to who you are now..?
I'm in my 30s' but I keep coming back here. The lessons are timeless. Thankyou so much.

Yeah, amazing life tip!!
good stuff.
How do you tell the difference between gut feeling and other juggled up emotions?
Life of yourself
Your gut feeling is usually the first feeling. It only gets jumbled up in other emotions when you doubt or overthink it.
what a class
Please reduce the volume of the beats..i am straining to hear what u r saying in all ur clips Carol
