Great haul! Just a word of caution on selling the hunt cap for riding. It may or may not be approved for riding as the safety standards may have changed since it was originally manufactured...just a thought from a former rider..love your channel!
The safety standards definitely have changed tremendously, so I alerted Kris that vintage caps like the one she picked up really should only be used for costumes or decor and are not effective protective headgear for riding. (I always add a disclaimer to that effect in listings for any vintage hunt caps that I offer for sale.)
The fish and chicken might actually be real copper. Check and see if they are tin lined. If they are lined, they are the most expensive, and you really got a great buy🎉
I am really enjoying your channel! I recently broke my foot so I am living vicariously through you and your shopping. I feel like I'm shopping right along with you as you go through the aisles. Next time you go shopping in Plainville or Southington let me know..I'll hobble on over!
I'm sorry to hear about your foot - OUCH! You must be a devoted thrifter if you're willing to hobble to the thrift store! (I used to go in my wheelchair when I broke my leg - what a pair we would make!)
Love the planter box with the tray - what a perfect spot for it. The red sorry friend looks fab on your mantle, it’s home! Looks like Licorice got a new collar?
What a fantastic haul. The planter box is amazing and oh my God, it’s fabulous with the tole tray , the purple transferware is incredible, beautiful Mary Gregory piece… oh what the heck, it’s all fabulous.
As always I enjoyed your new share. I especially loved the box you lucked out in finding that is black with painted fruit. Thanks for sharing Kris. Jeannie
Goodness!what a great haul! I'm off today and think I will venture out to rockyhill! Wasn't sure where to go today but u kind of made up my mind! for me! 😊
❤️your tole painted box. That would have been very tempting to me. It looks great in your window. Fall fruit would look pretty in it this time of year or fall flowers. Lucky finds today.
Georges Briard is the blue/white bowl he is very MCM collectible - usually barware and other types of kitchenware is what I'm more familiar with so very interesting. Nice find!
I absolutely LOVE your videos. everything, and all of the items you purchase! I love the planter. you are so blessed to live in such a wonderful house. I love it, too.
Thank you so much for your kind words! The planter was such a good score - I have an upcoming video where I fill it with faux flowers. I love the way it came out!
Great finds! I love the planter and it looks so beautiful in your lovely colonial home. The plates are beautiful they remind me of the antique set of Johnson Brothers British Castle set I gave my daughter in the mulberry color (purple). The crane plates are also beautiful and would look so beautiful on the wall in a Florida house. I don’t use blue in decorating but my sister does and I will show them to her. Love the dogs.
I love, love, love the box. My first thought was to fill it full of stone fruit. Stuff the box about halfway and then add the stone fruit pieces just full enough that they slightly "pop" over the top. It will be gorgeous!
Luv your videos. Btw, if I am not mistaken, the Dixie Dogwood bowls had the signature of "Joni" on the back. Joni Eareckson Tada is a well known author and artist. She is a paraplegic that paints with her mouth. Also, in case you are interested, there is a "store closing" half price sale at Unique Antiques located in Canton CT. My husband and I picked up some great finds there this week. It's worth the drive. Thank you for your videos and positive attitude. Have a great day.
Giving Thanks that you ARE DONE😄👍🏻👍🏻 Grace in Alabama

Absolutely love the Laura Ashley Bowl.YOUR HAUL
WAS WONDERFUL..
Thank you so much! I had never seen a Laura Ashley bowl before.
I would have loved that Teleflora red glass bowl w/ holly!
The fish and chicken might actually be real copper. Check and see if they are tin lined. If they are lined, they are the most expensive, and you really got a great buy🎉
I'll check the lining - thanks for the tip!
Great hauls. Yep: Luck and timing is on your side. Very nice.
Loved your finds new to your channel and enjoying ❤❤❤
I sent my first comment before I saw the end of your video. Good research on Mary Gregory.
Your pink bowl appears to be a Mary Gregory piece. Good find!
Oops! I posted that before viewing the end of the video where you discuss Mary Gregory!😚
@@marygough6554 I was fascinated to learn all about Mary Gregory glass! I appreciate the info!

Thank you so much! I'm enjoying both finds! Licorice has the same collar, but maybe it looked different in the light?
I 💜the purple transfer ware plates. So pretty. Unfortunately I have no room for them or use for them but they are lovely.
Thank you! They just sold this morning. They were a good find!
I think your pink and white bowl with the child on the front may be a Mary Gregory piece
Wow! Great haul. The thrifting Gods were shining down upon you. Thank you for sharing the Lindsay Clan history.......very interesting.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I've rarely found so many good pieces at one store.
What a fantastic haul. The planter box is amazing and oh my God, it’s fabulous with the tole tray , the purple transferware is incredible, beautiful Mary Gregory piece… oh what the heck, it’s all fabulous.
Thank you so much! I hit the store at just the right time! (The planter looks even better now - I have an upcoming video on its progress).
As always I enjoyed your new share. I especially loved the box you lucked out in finding that is black with painted fruit.
Thanks for sharing Kris.

My pleasure! I was so lucky that the mystery shopper abandoned her cart! 😂😂
I’m with you. I loved Schitt’s Creek. It was poignant, sad, happy, and hysterical!
THANK YOU for validating my tv watching choices! I loved when Alexis would say," Ewwww, David!" 😂😂
Goodness!what a great haul! I'm off today and think I will venture out to rockyhill! Wasn't sure where to go today but u kind of made up my mind! for me! 😊
I hope you found some good things!

Thank you so much! I'm so glad the shopper abandoned the box so I could find it!

I'm familiar with his MCM pieces, but less familiar with his reproductions of older pieces. It was a fun find!
I bought Royal Norfolk dishes at the dollar tree store about 15 yrs ago.

That's such a great idea! I've actually filled it with faux flowers! The video should be out sometime next week (I haven't edited it yet).
Definitely with you….love Schitt’s Creek and your channel!
Thank you! I'm glad there's another Schitt's Creek affecionado out there!
Great haul. The planter is very pretty in the window 😻😻
Thank you! It's such a perfect fit there!

LOVE Schitt’s Creek! Have also watched it several times.
I'm so glad you love it too! It's one of my all time favorites (in case you couldn't tell!)
Gee sorry but I have a hard time getting past the language. I’m just a prude at heart. I do love your RUclips videos, Kris. Great job.
@@Jane-h3z Totally understandable. I'm so glad you enjoy my videos. Thanks for leaving me a comment!
❤ Nice finds beautiful.🎉
I'm so glad you enjoyed them! ❤❤
Nice haul, thanks for sharing ♥️

The cats might like to sit in the box on the windowsill!😅
That's so funny - you would be absolutely correct if the box was wide enough for them to climb into. They love boxes, bags, all that stuff!
Love Moira!! I have the same set but just dropped one and broke the handle
Moira is so great - all of her crazy wigs! Sorry to hear about your handle. I hope you were able to glue it? Glue is my friend around here.
How much was the box? Love it!
I believe it was $4.99. SCORE!
❤❤❤
