Deputy Martin Park of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office responds to a domestic disturbance call with a weapon. Upon arrival, he finds a father holding his son-in-law at gunpoint. Despite being handcuffed, the uncooperative suspect violently smashes his head into the police car door, leading officers to use a hobble for restraint. The suspect is arrested on charges of aggravated assault.

You're partially correct. He didn't have to be shoved to the ground if he had simply followed orders. People are going to have to learn to do as they're told. The phrasing should have been, "you are going to get on the ground. Do you want it to hurt or not?"

NO! they can cuff him standing up. the "get on the ground" was just to humiliate him. his attitude after was a result of that. he WAS being cooperative before that happenned.@@nickkenworthy6976
