    Some comments: you did not ground the neck pickup cover, the resistance values of the pickups are in KILOohms, 22nF for the tone control of a Telecaster may be too small - the more common value is 47nF.

      The cover on the neck pickup helps with noise- the pickup ground is attached; ohms, kilo ohms...whatever 😁; the owner supplied the parts.
