Being"too busy" is not an excuse. There are restaurant employees who think they're "too busy" to wash their hands. People need to get their priorities straight.

When you get busy you are not going to have time to do a DV check with every guest. I valeted for years, I love it. And I made a lot of money.

I used to valet down in Naples, Florida at Waterside Shops. If you know the place, you know what I am talking about,. Best job ever!
