Girl why would you inject kybella leaving sag and filler makes it even bigger you guys need to stop doing botox and fillers fillers fall move shift sometimes where they have to literally take months to take off. Radiofrequency please I know because I have all machines. Save your money guys and get mini neck lift or medium as fillers cost and definitely don’t last a year w these doctors they steal amounts oh yes per syringe and they don’t put enough. Smh their shit doesn’t last because they cannot get a hold of biopolamar that last 10 yrs to life exactly what I have and even then it’s scary because it can shift. Do PRP manual it works and not with a doctor manual meaning not microneedles.

I’m 55 and have got rid of my saggy neck by doing a daily stretch for 2-3 minutes. I gently lift my chin up and push my jaw forward a little and move my head slightly from side to side several times; like a man does when he shaves. I can feel a pull in the area under my chin and neck. I noticed a big difference within about 10 days with the whole area firming up, after a month its as if I’ve had surgery, the results are amazing.
I got the tip off a Chris Gibson skincare video here on yt , I think it’s called get rid of a saggy neck, he gives a few good tips then talks about this exercise. Totally works, definitely recommend.

    • @ajgerbi

Tamara Bakaj / A lot of people are shaving half of their eyebrow (the end that typically points downwards) and instead, are drawing it back on but making the end point slightly upwards to create the “fox eyes” look. Most people aren’t actually going through any treatments to get the fox eye on social media, but it is popularized by supermodels such as Bella Hadid, who did get treatment on her eyes brows to create the look.

Sunscreen all day everyday and you'll have less to treat later and when you do start anti aging it will be more preventative than reversing.

    • @krystalfukinmarie757
      @krystalfukinmarie757 4 года назад +20

Well, it’s never too early to start an anti-aging skincare regimen. The trick is to prevent aging as early as possible, not wait until it’s overdue. Although even if it is overdue (which it’s not in your 20s) it’s still a good idea to start as soon as you can. I suggest watching skincare with Hyram, he is young (very early 20s) but very knowledgeable in skincare. Outside of YT his job is a skincare specialist, helping people find products that work for them and teaching people about all the ingredients in products and help learn how to separate the good from the bad.

Dr Youn, I did the Morpheus 8 treatment & it aged me 10 years! 😭 I’m 51 & my neck really wasn’t that bad, but I wanted it better.. the treatment took away all the fat & firmness that was in my neck & left it with hanging, saggy skin. I did some research later & read if the needle head was too big, (over 1 mm) it can diminish all fat etc & just leave hanging skin. I’m a little on the thin side already, so had really no fat to take off. I took the kids to the State fair recently & won my daughter a prize because the man looked at my neck & thought I was 61! 😭 I went to see a plastic surgeon recently, but she turned me away because of my autoimmune disorder, she didn’t want to risk it. 😭 Maybe I will try the juvederm u mentioned, but tbh I’m a little afraid the dr could make another mistake like last time & make it worse. Is there anything that could go wrong with this filler or anything I should be aware of before I go in for treatment? I’d love to see u, but ur booked out of course!!! 🥺 Ty for all your videos & all the good advice u offer.. I appreciate u!! ☺️

I used to like dr youn but instead of supporting stretches or excercises he’s just pushing products and spending more money. Some of us don’t have money and exercising Is our only option but I saw a video of him making fun of a girl doing face exercises. What would be more helpful and moral would be if he could debunk it for us by proving to us that it factually does not work. But he didn’t do that. He just laughed and mocked. So now I’m losing respect for him and I’ve seen a lot of evidence to suggest that face exercises do in fact work.

Here's some alternatives that I know:
    1. Exercise (especially chin tucks, tongue, neck exercises)
    2. Mewing
    3. Proper breathing (to the nose, not mouth having hanging open and tongue laying low all the time)
    4, Proper tongue swallowing
    4. Proper neck, head, shoulder back posture. (which is really really important. Without proper posture, mewing and proper breathing is hard to achieve)

Just a product recommendation..I love the Essential Firming Cream from Sulwhasoo, my favorite Korean skincare brand. It is a bit pricey, just a jar lasted me 5 to 6 months. And it definitely kept my face plump, tightened, dewy. It worked beautifully for me.. They also have a firming cream specifically for the neck, but not sure if that is an Asia exclusive product or not.

Injections aren't sustainable but more like a last ditch effort before giving up unless you gave up already and expect someone to fix you. I tried temporary cheek injections once years ago. At my appointment I was asked why I wanted the procedure and I remember saying it was birthday and I wanted a happier resting bitch face. She then asked me how much I smoke and that surprised me. So she refused to do it that day and told me to smile more and suggested therapy and quitting smoking. If I still wanted the injections in 3 months come back and I did. And I called her again in a week thinking I needed more. She really talked some sense into me and offered non invasive alternatives. I have so much respect for her and always send her referrals to this day. I agree with tropicals like retinol for prevention. Diligent skin care with targeted actives, healthy living, clean eating, no sugar, no smoking, stay hydrated, stay active, stretch, love and grow old with all the ups and gravitational downs.

Fill an empty plastic shampoo bottle with water, close it well and use it to exercise your neck. Hold it firmly under your chin with one hand on each end of the bottle and press down in a way that you feel the front muscles of your neck working. You can do it with your mouth shut and then open, pushing just with the jaw. Don't put tension on the back of the neck. 25 times everyday.
There are devices you can buy to do the same but this is easier and cheaper.

Thanks, Dr. Youn, but I thought that heat-producing devices actually *dissolve* fat in the face that we want to preserve, especially in an older person. I also thought that injecting filler in the lower face (i.e., jaw line) in an older person will only add volume (which you do not want), making the jowl area look even heavier -- that the idea is to use something like Sculptra, higher up in the pre-auricular space, which will lift and tighten the jaw line. That makes sense to me. Could you respond to this, please? Thank you.
