Could you make multiplayer, where the players could create lobbies? Also you could add sandbox mode.

Can you add other servers other than Europe? My connection sometimes gets slow and then I get erased, it's because I'm in Asia, thanks, cool game btw, would be cool as well if you added Allies, diplomatic features, private rooms, spawn point selection, a chat!, more maps, like Asia, america, you get the point, and color selection, stuff to help you gain more income I guess? Like factories and such, that would be all of my suggestions, I have more, but I think that's too much. Thanks again.
Edit: wish you would add lobbies with no timer, like, when there are no more players/bots remaining, that player/bot wins

I hate the timer a lot in the game but you should add rebellions(if you delete the timer to stop the game)
What do you mean timer? you can click the minus - so when you attack enemies it would not take all the soldiers/troops to fight the enmy/target

i think it would be cool if you added a naval penalty where your naval invasion force gets a penalty

I LOVE THIS GAME! But one thing i must say is for you too make seperate servers/lobbies, so there isnt just one big game! BUT the one big game is actually really fun
Let players have their custom colors in undead mode, but keep friendly bots white/grey/etc. If players are similar colors shouldn't borders be an altered color. There's another idea, customizable border color, nametag color and numbers... ✌️
