Sir I have one doubt...as u said, prime Minister can recommend dissolution of lok sabha & raja sabhe but over here prime Minister itself have its power within lok sabha as he comes in power from lok sabha...so how come he can dissolve his own house
First- he can recommend the dissolution of lok sabha only. Rajya sabha is permanent house it can’t be dissolved Second-if prime minister is having problems with the council of ministers or he thinks he is losing majority he can recommend the dissolution to the president.He can only draw his powers from lok sabha if he has required majority of the house.
