Hi, recently the DBKL is seeking feedback for its Draft for the Kuala Lumpur Local Plan 2040 which is a legal document on the urban planning of KL. I think you can provide your complaint and suggestion on bike lanes in KL at their website. Other than that, since you're working in an Eco-related company, I think your company can also give their suggestion on environmental policy through this channel as a private organisation.
Agree. Re-establish and "reclaim" the bicycle path. Ideally, it should be made into a safe place to ride for both cyclists and people on motorbikes. See video I filmed riding on the path last year. took me a minute to get my bearings on where you were at the start.. I used to ride my motorbike on the opposite direction and was wondering where that round about lead to. Thank you and yes it is good news to see that work is being done for bicycle lane :)

Technically it's motorcycle lane.
But I still use it with bicycle. xD
