This is a great thing for new buildings especially those that are not always at home. Most major appliances like fridge, stove, washer and dryer and even microwave now come with Alexa and Wi-Fi built into them
I think the price is a bit expensive but it is a great idea to have that in the house.
i think all this smart sockets and switches can be imported at a reasonable price, it’s quite expensive in Ghana.
I planned to install few smart light switches in my hallway when I arrive in June and smart light bulb at the front and back of the house so light will go on at schedule time .
Motion sensor lights in the hallway is really a beautiful thing.

That is the problem in Ghana expensive internet and the connection is poor sometimes.
My issue is how poor our internet connection is in ghana,you may install it and it will not be of any constant benefit. Hmmm
We want tou guys to develop a housing system for average people at 35,000 ghc, and not smart homes, after all how many working Ghanaians can afford one apple phone.
