  • One way to prepare this traditional Bosnian dish.
    Ingredients:
    1 kg of chicken meat
    salt, dry spice to taste
    2 tablespoons oil
    Dough:
    300g of smooth flour
    2dl milk
    2dl of water
    100g sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    Preparation:
    To the meat add spices and oil, I put only salt and dry spice, but if desired you can put red peppers and pepper additionally.
    Put the meat in a greased tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
    While the meat is baking, prepare the dough by adding baking powder, salt, eggs, cream, milk and water to the flour, and knead. The dough should be a little thicker than for pancakes.
    Remove the meat and pour the batter over, then return to the oven until golden brown. Remove and pour over 0.5 dl of milk and leave for 5 minutes to absorb.
