HP9816 Dialup to BBS over Twilio at 9600 baud!

- Finally getting some decent connectivity after fixing my WiFi quality for the VOIP stack-was able to dial into FozzTexx Level29 BBS and connect at 9600 baud! There are some mystery static pops that keep resetting the connection, but otherwise works great!
I'm impressed the BBS is still being run by an AMD Duron. Most of those motherboards exploded in the cap plague.
Knowing the guy who runs it, he probably recapped it himself. FozzTexx is the guy who found a bunch of mossy Apple IIs abandoned in a forest, and refurbished them to full working order from the inside out.
What terminal emulator are you running on your 9816?
Hey Manuel! Do you also have a 9816? I am running a version of Kermit that was written for the HP9816 by Andy Campagnola (who has since retired from HP and computers in general), and was inventoried by the Kermit project at Cambridge University.
I have cobbled version 1.02 to working order in BASIC 5.1, but need the HPBASIC compiler to finish restoring the binaries for the performance sensitive bits, so I can upload them to HP Computer Museum.

Yes, I have a 9816 with the dual 3.5 inch floppy drives. I just added a board that I got from a guy in France which adds 2 meg of RAM and BASIC 5.1 in ROM.
