The man used a third rate deck of a fourth rate duelist and got three wins on video. Absolute W
The final duel was something else. It was soooooooo Joey vs Marik. Lava Golem even made a special appearance for that one. SeeReax even had to play defensively for a lot of that duel, just like Joey vs Marik.
During the anime Virtual World arc, Joey used Harpie's Feather Duster during his duel with Yugi against the Big Five. Giltia the D Knight - Soul Spear could've been cool too. Props to SeeReax to making it work as best he can
I know I'm late to the party, but I really wish they had made Red-Eyes a 1 tribute monster so it had its own space instead of being simply worse than Blue-Eyes
We need alternative red eyes to start. Then you can xyz into metal flare dragon a lot easier which should help the deck since it’s technically a burn deck. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Fun fact: if u use accesscode's effect and use itself as cost, skill drain won't negate it so u can destroy skill drain and not have to deal with it anymore

Good to see people still play Master Duel! I used to be heavy into Master Duels but got bored when I got to Platinum.
Literally the same 3-5 decks like 95% of the time. 90% of them have the same cheese cards added to em (the Evil hero card smh). I remember playing against the SAME generic swordsoul deck 7 games STRAIGHT in platinum!
I got so annoyed at the lack of actual quality duels that I stopped playing. Being a Pendulum Magician deck main who creates decks for fun I got bored.
Anyone else love when Joey used link monsters like striker dragon and accesscode in the series?? Top 10 moments for sure!

The good thing about getting Yugi or Kaiba is that you can just go Dark Side of Dimension where most of the cards they used were support for the ace monsters and fill with some of their useful cards.

That's so cool that you got Immortal Phoenix Gearfried in this deck. I put him in my Red-Eyes deck ever since I heard of Avramax made with IP masq. since he's got non-target removal and has surprising synergy with the numerous Red-Eyes equip effects to summon himself. Overall, it's an awesome card and my favorite monster

You say that now but give it a try. I hated it at first but after watching seereax and team samurai it got me to try it and I really enjoy it. It's almost like playing a puzzle game sometimes as you try to anticipate things.
I never see Red Eyes used anywhere in all the Master Duel videos I've watched. (Really only watch The Three Idiots Master Duel videos) but now I think I see why it isn't used... but I'm still glad to see you used it!

Something that didn’t come up but I pulled if in the dice event, time wizard of tomorrow is time wizard + any effect monster so super poly just hits any effect monster so it’s pretty good removal.

Here’s some fun mini game cards you could add to your luck deck (should you have one)
*Transmission Gear-* when a monster battles with another monster Play Rock, Paper, Scissors with your opponent, loser must banish their monster
*Ordeal of a traveler-* when your opponent attacks with a monster, you pick one random card from your hand and they are forced to guess the type, should they guess incorrectly, their monster returns to the hand
*Question-* when this card is activated, your opponent cannot check the graveyard. Your opponent calls the name of the first monster found at the bottem of your graveyard. Should they call it wrong, you can special summon the monster to your field.
*Reversal Quiz-* send all cards in your hand and on the field to the graveyard. Call out the card type (Monster, Spell, or trap) belonging to the card on the top of your deck. Should you call it right, you can exchange life points with your opponent.
*Linear Equation Cannon-*
(This is a mouthful, avoid if you hate math)
During the battle phase. Declare a number between 1 and 6, then take the level of one of your opponents monsters and multiply the declared number x the monsters level. Then add up the number of monsters your opponent controls, finally check the number of cards in your graveyard.
*Should the declared number x opp monster level + all opp monsters on field = the number of cards in your grave,* you can send that many cards from the top of your deck to the grave and shuffle that number of cards your opponent controls back into the deck

This Joey deck kinda nice hold up, I've made my own take of modern Joey and a lot of this deck and that are similar but there's some other cards here I gotta look into now.
I like to think that he goes back and watches every episode with joey in it just to figure out what cards he uses
