Ving Rhames tommen was a good person. to his core. it's in believable that he came from the family he did and was still such a good person. it was very upsetting to us that he chose to take his life.
I felt sorry for Tommen too. He was a sweet, innocent kid thrown into this cruel game of thrones. Some are quick to call him spineless and such, but he really should have never been in this position in the first place. It's simply not him. He is a lamb in midst of wolves. What was he supposed to do? Start playing the game like everyone else, lie and murder his opposition? Being a puppet for his mother, who has no remorse on killing hundreds for her own gain? He is naive, but pretty much everyone around him are just sociopaths. I can understand the hopeless feeling he probably had after the very little control he had was swept away in a green inferno.
Yeah, that and if you rewatch as many times as I have, there isn't a moment after Joffrey dies that he isn't being manipulated. He was never even a player. He bounces around from Tywin to Cersei to Margaery to the High Sparrow. There are some people who celebrated his death and I just don't get it.
Definitely wasn't a player. A pawn, nothing more. The directing on his suicide shot though was amazing. I really liked how the "for house Lannister!" comes up while the shot lingers on the window. That is a good use of irony.
I think the mountain was carving her eyes out, because he stayed up near her head and also because of cersei telling her she would be the last thing she saw.

Tommen was the most kind and innocent of his family (wouldn't be too hard though to be fair)- and there is hardly any resemblance to the rest of them in terms of personality. Except with his death. This is the one time we saw him like his mother in how resolute he was. The way he just killed himself like that, with no hesitation- you have to have some iron will resolve to do that. Shame it came out the way it did- he could have grown up to be a good leader, once the naivety wore off. :( Btw- great reaction videos. I thought Tommen's was a good kid, but he was very naive. I think some people didn't like him because of that. He wasn't even really sure of himself. I'm torn.
