Vilgax and Zs’Skayr are my favorites and Steve Blum was the perfect voice actor for them. Menacing, creepy and memorable.😉
Malware was also a great villain since he traumatized Ben by destroying Feedback and was definitely scary when he towered over Way Big.😥
Ghostfreak/Zs'Skayr was the best villain in my opinion. As a kid, I was scared of him and had nightmares about him.

Classic Vilgax design always remains the best. And most intimidating of the bunch.
Indeed, he became less and less of a threat over time. He truly peaked in the classic series
I like the Alien Force/Ultimate Alien one the best. Sleeker, powerful, and he shows off a lot of the power he took from other champions.

I'm glad Steve Blum came back to be Vilgax in Omniverse.
The guy who voiced him in AF/UA sounded too different so it made Vilgax seem like a totally separate character.
If you're wondering who it was, it was James Remar, AKA Dexter's father in Dexter and Sideswipe in Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
Outside of that, UAF Vilgax was voiced by John DiMaggio in Vilgax Attacks and Fred Tatasciore in Punch Time Explosion.
To me, James Remar is the better voice because I like his deeper voice for Vilgax rather than Steve Blum's scratchy voice. I think James Remar's voice is better for making Vilgax sound like a threatening villain, while Steve Blum's voice doesn't give off that vibe.

@Peter Parker I haven't heard their Vilgax voices. But overall though, James Remar is the best voice for Vilgax.

Vilgax is one of the best villains in animated series
Especially in the classic series because of his pure Super strength and creepy voice.
Kevin was a good villain. His OG Kevin 11 mutated design was badass.
What about his second one in Ultimate Alien? In that one he had a lot of power combos as well. Plus he never showed off Ghostfreak's intangibility with the OG form, unlike Ultimate Alien with Big Chill's.
Aggregor is very underrated he’s definitely an amazing villain but he can’t replace Vilgac for number 1 especially the OG Vilgax that has to be the best version
He is not amazing. Nothing about his character makes sense such as his background and his powers. He don't even have a motive or well explained goals. The only good thing about Aggregor is his design and the way he talks.

If I had a nickel for every time one of Ben's villains was voiced by a Space Cowboy, I'd have 2 nickels, which isn't a lot. But it's weird that it happened twice.
Also, nothing will ever quite top the feeling I had when I saw Charmcaster ripping the souls out of everyone in her dimension, including our main cast.

What Eon's time rays do is rapidly age the target. That's why it has no effect on diamond and crystal. Wouldn't effect any immortal being either, as they do not age

The nostalgia levels are high so many childhood memories.
My favorite Kevin Levin moment is still when he dubbed himself with a supervillain name in the Original Series:
"'I've got all your powers, plus my own! I'm Kevin 11!"
Lots of people love that moment. It's one of Kevin's most iconic moments back then. Of course when they were forced to team-up in that gladiator one, Ben was the one who taught him to combine the powers.

Even in Aggregor regular form he's OP ass hell seeing as how he whooped Ben an the others twice in the episode fused although had Ben transformed into a different alien( which I still don't know why he chose brainstorm of all aliens) maybe the outcome could've gone a lil different just glad Kevin was the one to defeat Aggregor

Vilgax and ZS'SKAYR(Ghost Freak) are monstrous and terrifying, Charmcaster and Hex are more of Gwen's and I wish we had seen more of them, when Charmcaster killed them I was shook, Kevin was on here before Alien Force

Kevin was always my favorite character. In the original he was an excellent villain, like what Venom was to Spider-Man. In the other two shows he was super cool and charismatic and sarcastic. He was pretty complex too, almost an antihero sometimes

I'd say Malware was better than Vilgax. Vilgax is more iconic but Malware's past with Ben, the emotional and physical damage he inflicted onto Ben, as well as his motive and unique fighting style make him surpass vilagx for me. After the original Ben 10 series, Vilgax was washed up and just a joke.

I’m a hard-core fan of Ben 10 and I grew up with it, which means it impacted my life
Hope Hex, Vilgax, Albedo or Psyphon are on the top. They were pretty good villains.
Number 1 has to be Malware, every time he was on screen I was terrified of what was going to happen. His story as a galvanic mechamorph gone wrong is one of the best in the series. The way he flat out killed Feedback was scary for both Ben and the viewer. His final battle was incredible and it felt like he’d never die
Yeah, even Malware was one of the villains that truly terrified Ben, showed particulary during their first confrontation in the present of Omniverse, that Ben was backing off from Malware.
I mean, maybe Aggregor and Vilgax are other notable villains, but Malware was capable to inflicted a notable trauma to Ben.
I don't think that aggregor deserved the second place. That should have gone to malware. And I am seriously disappointed that they didn't include maltruant, not even in honorable mentions

Adding that he showed a lot fear when Ghostfreak returned after his first defeat.

Everyone else would probably say Vilgax, but the Vreedle brothers (Rhomboid and Octagon) were by far my favorite villains. I mean come on, they technically managed to destroy the universe and thought they could “retreat to a safe distance.”
Where is Khyber ? In omniverse he lasted from season 1 till 8 .

I remember not liking Omniverse that much especially since all of the villains' threat levels dropped dramatically even Vilgax. Malware on the other hand...whoo boy yeah he made the first season a joy to watch dude to how sadistically evil he was and he's probably the only villain tbat Ben constantly treats as a big deal
I remember after ultimate alien i gave omniverse a chance but the animation change, lego/chicken aliens and the humour just kept me away. Though i did hear that a lot of people enjoyed it
@@rolandas12able Yeah Omniverse is a huge mixed bag. I'm one of those that enjoyed it for the most part. I didn't really like how they made present Ben more of an arrogant jerk even more than he was as a 10 year old and speaking of, I didn't really care for the 10 year old sideplots. It made sense for the first season because of Feedback but later seasons, it just seems like filler to me (and probably the producers wanted to make use of Tara Strong who is the og voice of Ben after all)

Vilgax is definetly the best and strongest. He outsmarted and took Dagon's powers (same guy that took over 100 universes) and almost killed Ben's parents.

Albedo did go Alien X in the games and he was traped in it for a year.

The list is perfect and Littearly everytime I see this scene in the show 10:58 it shatters my heart seeing Ben lose his Favorite Alien as it's disintegrated right in front of him

I am glad you included all the original timeline, when I opened the video I thought that you didn't include omniverse which some people think that it doesn't happen in the same timeline
Aggregor was a threat a first however after his sudden defeat he suddenly disappear after that. That moment just felt anti-climactic.

@@izzymagnesium2205 Agreed. Even i read that in Omniverse, Aggregor meant to appears during the Rooter arc, but he was scrapped by time constraints.
Something that i disliled notably, particulary by the retconning that the producers made during this arc, regarding the Kevin's origins, and about the Osmosians, that ended turning them in a kind of meta-humans than an alien species, leaving several plotholes in the series, particulary regarding Aggregor's origins.
I'm just gonna be for real here. Albedo is my favorite Ben 10 Villain.

Original Vilgax will always be the best. Back then, he was a legitimate threat that had Ben scared. He didn't need powers and his red time out claw is something unique to him.
The original Ben 10 always had such a comic booky feel and look. I wish there was an infinite series of comics from that world

Aggregor is smart, intellgent had a great arc and even after being defeated his effects lasted on Kevin 10/10 storytelling.

The highbreed should've replaced either zombozo or animo on the list. Zombozo and animo made a good first appearance in the series, but since then they've been downgraded to C list villains. Also where is maltruent, the dude tried to restart the universe, honorable mention at the very least.

Yes. Khyber is unique because he tries to kill Ben for sport. There's no vendetta, no hate, no grand scheme of world domination. It's all just a game to Khyber. Scarier than Vilgax and Aggregor.
Aggregor didn't have a clear motive. He wanted to absorb alien x, but we never learn WHY he wanted to do it. Also his personality and voice was kinda just generic villain banter. The only thing I like about aggregor is his powers, his fights, and the fact that he literally reflects who kevin 11 could've become

Ghost freak was an unexpected villain but made for some nice recurring moments, especially with the alien versions of the wolf man, mummy and Frankenstein monster.

As an Marvel fan who use to watch Ben 10 I believe Agatha Harkness is similar to CharmCaster and Thanos is similar to Vilgax.
Charmcaster is far more powerful.
Vilgax at his peak (dagon fused) was also op and could beat thanos with 6 stones.
A lot of ben's villains have some similarity with marvel villains.

Ben never defeated Aggregor, Kevin is the one who finally stops him.
And it took Kevin absorbing the ultimatrix to defeat Aggregor dude was so OP for no reason
Ultimate Aggregor and Ultimate Kevin was the dumbest sh*t I'd seen Ben 10 pull.
Aggregor only had the power of 5 aliens but Ben couldn't beat him up even with young Ben helping him and when it came to Kevin with the power of ALL his ultimatrix aliens (including the 5 Aggregor had), Ultimate echo echo alone beat the crap out of him.

Then Ben beats Kevin easily with Ultimate Echo Echo and nearly killed him
So why couldn't Ben do that to Agreggor
