Yes. It is sarcasm. Because Tewtiy did literally none of that. Sand Monkey was an idea on r/btd6 which Tewtiy crediting but instead claiming them as his own. Same thing with Dark Monkey

@@tyler13479 It seems more the modder's part than Tewtiy's(it really doesn't seem like one of his modders when Tewtiy doesn't know Kirby, much less specifics like Kirby's Star Rod, for example, and most character specific towers get their own video like Goku or Luffy Monkey)
Plus, there's also a decent chance it's credited in the mod's description if nothing else
