I'm so glad that people still make BTD5 videos, these are so entertaining and interesting, there is still so much potential i love your videos (btd5 ones expecialy)
Just thought let you know that overclock can be stacked up to 3 times. I've played this game since 2016, so I know quite a bit about the game. Also, I'm not sure how good this track is layout wise since I don't have the latest version of BTD 5 steam (yet), but I like to put my temples on "strong" so they can focus mainly on the ZOMGs. The BFB and MOAB are usually much weaker than the ZOMGs (I haven't played in a while, and I don't usually play BTD5 freeplay, so everything I'm saying is kind of based off of when I used to go late game in BMC's contested territory) and tend to get wrecked by the projectiles themselves, so 3 overclocks and timing CTAs (and dark temple for insurance which can also work as clean up) should get stuff done. Note that all that I've said hasn't put into consideration the bloons get faster.
I definitely would've benefited a lot from switching between first and strong. The challenge with using 1 Tower is that it does have to be on first sometimes to catch everything that's going towards the exit I didn't know the overclock could stack 3 times though, I figured it would be making a big difference when I tried using multiple
@@Kevaca Well that's sad because I've been doing that for a long while in BTD5 and BMC... Went to go try it out too. Would have been cool if that was a thing though
Yeah that makes sense, I saw that is what it says in the Wiki but I wasn't sure if it was like btd6 where a few of the rounds are designed based on a milestone number
We in btd x have milestone rounds for each gamemode (our milestone rounds give bloon points [used to buy upgrades] and cash [used to buy special agents and previously mentioned bloon points( 4 bloon points per 400 cash)])
For god boosting u can add slow too to get further like at least in the back absolute zero and ninja sabotage. But it's fair like that too. Edit: U could micro temple.
The reason I sold the farmer is cause it was just annoying how it would make every round take so much longer by trapping all the bloons with banana peels
I really want to see that in BMC cuz thst game is alot harder than BTD5 version but there is a vengeful version that is actually permanent but you need a special totem or chest to obtain
@@Phenomixi just saw this, i’m surprised you replied! You got me into btd5 again and i’m enjoying every second of it, keep making this kinda of content!
Back when progression and rewards are actually fun ( BTD6 is dogwater in that aspect ). Monkey Knowledge and Powerups suck ass compared to Special Buildings, Agents and a simpler yet better skill tree aka Monkey Lab. Only thing that makes BTD6 feature truly stand out is Line of Sight, which is a nice nerf to some "global" towers like sniper and sub's advanced intel.
I definitely agree! BTD5 also does a better job of feeling rewarding when you accomplish certain things imo. Like BTD6 has insane boss events that give a few hundred monkey money and stuff
HOW.

I'm really glad you're enjoying the videos! Thank you for such a nice comment
Over throne is kinda like an extreme version of one two tree
I'll definitely have to try that one out when I get some progress in the 6th game
i hate one two tree
I don't really have an opinion one 1 or 3, but I like 2
more like an easier midnight mansion
there was something like it in btd5 deluxe

@@Phenomix The differences with overclock is actually noticeable when you give a tower one and let it attack before giving it another.
Nope, the games code for overclock weapon file overrides the priority level it uses (3), so only one is active
In fact here's the code (not stylised):
{
"Type": "Overclock",
"TargetRange": 195,
"CooldownTime": 45,
"FireDelayTime": 0.0,
"ManuallyFired": true,
"RequiresTargetToFire": false,
"Tasks": [
{
"Type": "OverclockTask",
"Tasks": [
{
"Type": "TowerModifier",
"Range": 20,
"PriorityLevel": 3,
"ReplacesPriorityLevel": true,
"TerminateOnUserUpgrade": false,
"ApplyToUserTower": false,
"TargetIsWeaponOrigin": true,
"CanApplyToUserTower": true,
"Duration": 60,
"Modifer": {
"Cooldown": [ 0.5, 0 ],
"FireDelay": [ 0.5, 0]

Would have been cool if that was a thing though
For anyone who was wondering, the background music at the start is called: *Bloons House Party*.
Didn’t know people still played BTD5 :D
It's still a lot of fun I can't lie
A couple days ago I got into an online match relatively quickly. I play on PS4 btw
BTW, the 5th game doesn't have any special milestone rounds like BTD6 does in freeplay. Everything past 85 is completely random.

Idea: put down a 4-0 village to decrease the cooldowns of all abilities. Also in 3:13 just place a pineapple instead of selling it 🤦♂️
The reason I sold the farmer is cause it was just annoying how it would make every round take so much longer by trapping all the bloons with banana peels
another classic 👌
the overclock I think stacks in here
That's what people have told me, it just didn't seem to be having an affect visually but I guess it still does
Nope, it doesn't
It replaces the priority level it uses, which means it can't stack
I really want to see that in BMC cuz thst game is alot harder than BTD5 version but there is a vengeful version that is actually permanent but you need a special totem or chest to obtain
That would be a great idea I just still have to unlock a lot of 4th tier upgrades
Only the flash version of bmc has a permanent vengeful temple
@Kevaca wdym? I checked in mobile version and it's permanent
@@F1RST_BLUD1 nope, the weapon file literally has this
"Duration": 10
That's 10s, not infinite (or, as it would be, -1 [or (2^32)-1])
Prove it.
Cool video! Liked
Thank you!
Good video👍
Thank you!
(No offense) you sound like the brother of the daily dose of internet guy
First time I've gotten that one haha, usually I get told I sound like Charlie

Kind of* lol
just alch buff it smh
😆
don't forget the temple buff aswell
Don't forget to hack the game to increase attack damage 😄
My boy. Where is the pop count.
Aye you're right my bad on that one
*Insert oh no no no meme*
1 TOWER GOD THATS TRICKY AF i would never beat that!
Yooo wheres my replie?
@@Rink-fu4vk Never
cheese
Same.
Relatable
why didnt you use the bloon sabotage from the ninja or the ice monkey's slow?
Oh yeah you're right that was a big oversight on my part. The ice doesn't affect MOAB class bloons but the Ninja definitely would've been useful
@@Phenomix x/4 ice ability does slow MOAB-class, it just doesn't soak down layers
why isn't it a vengeful sun temple???
Unfortunately that wasn't a thing in BTD5
....
Dark temple is the vengeful temple you clown
It literally is a thing. It's the level 4 specialty building ability
@@Hailz01Gammingwell it’s not a tower but an activated ability
how do you get a large village range
?
It's a Premium Upgrade called Bigger Beacons
@@Phenomix thanks
Can't you use the ninja sllw ability?
It's not a damage ability
Yeah that was definitely an oversight on my part
I think you should redo this but without villages/boosts
Definitely worth a try!
@@Phenomix then it would really be a one tower challenge
ah yes one tower
It's the same idea as BTD6 where I'm using support towers to boost it but you're right
