This House is unrealistic, very angular , straight line interior designe just like a Expensive Las Vegas Hotel Suite. Amazing !!!

I spite of Spending a huge amount on the interiors, it looks just like any ordinary apt
To be honest, I enjoyed the most in this video because night view was visible from the balcony and if you believe me, shoot every video in the night because it shows us how the night view comes from the balcony.

Apartments in KP and vimannagar are also selling for 10cr or more pune has become very expensive as well but can stay in balewadi or wakad those are very good areas as well

it all depends upon the area, this is lokhandwala which is not that expensive compared to Bandra. I'm not even talking about Worli or Cuffe Parade. The same apartment in Bandra will be close to 40 crores and Cuffe Parade will be about 60. You are using central london or manhattan as a comparison. If you want to do a comparison then use cuffe parade or Malabar Hill as a benchmark.
