Probably, you cannot live here forever. It's just like a holiday home. You can live here for a month, then leave. The next owner comes and lives for a short span, then leaves, etc.

It's a co owned property that means for example the bungalow is for 4cr then by giving 80 lakhs u become 1/5th owner of the house and u need to mutually decide with other 4 co owners and live there u cannot live there 365 days 😂😂
