  • If you're only in Buenos Aires for a few days, you're likely going to focus your time on the most famous and well-known landmarks and restaurants in the city. But if you're a slow traveler or digital nomad like us, and you're here for a little longer, you'll have time to visit some of the other great spots. Today we're sharing some fantastic places to see and eat, that we found just by wandering around, getting to know the neighbourhoods, and talking to locals. Things like Yerba Mate, Tigre, the best empanadas, and the best time to visit the San Telmo market. These places might not be on a "Top 10" list but they are definitely worth your time if you're here for a bit longer!

Just came across your channel. Very similar to us. We have taken early retirement and are leaving in just about 3 weeks to Albania for 3 months on our slow travel journey. Watched some video on your camper honda. IT's good to see there are more people in the world out there, like us. We're from Vancouver area as well. Have sold it all.

Great to hear from you! We’re told Albania is amazing and it’s on our list. We hope you have a fantastic time slow travelling through that area!

I'm not into bitter, so yerba mate is a hard no for me.

There are lots of ways to drink it. You can add sugar, use flavoured leaves, drink it cold. But yes, the base is bitter.

.greetings from mar del plata argentina 😊...
