"So far, so good, so what" is my favorite Megadeth album. Hook in mouth is my favorite Megadeth song. So my ranking would be: 1- hook in mouth 2- in my darkest hour 3- Mary Jane 4- set the world afire 5- 502 6- liar 7- into the lungs of hell 8- anarchy in the U.K. Would have been cool with a few more songs.
I've only heard a few of these songs so I can't give a full ranking, although Hook in Mouth is my favorite Megadeth song of all time. I also love 502 and In My Darkest Hour.

Liar has some of my favorite riffs in any Megadeth song, just like Bad Omen does. Bad Omen and Liar are kind of like siblings when it comes to their underrated songs. Into The Lungs of Hell has one of their best intros. And 502 used to be one of my favorites, but I can agree that the POV section in the song kills it for me. They should have just done the riff by itself instead.
Some bands...but not all have a weird and interesting misstep in their discography. This is megadeths black sheep in their catalog and I love it for that reason. We also have to remember that Dave M's drug addict was at it's peak. So the more deranged Dave is the more creative he seems to get. Anarchy in the UK sucks but the rest is killer.
