KROEBER Mantle Clock

Very nice 19th century 8++ day Kroeber mantle clock. STRONG runner, excellent time keeper, strikes a brass bell only on the hour. Case appears to me to be rosewood based on the grain, BUT could possibly be walnut. There is a little scratch on the flat top, a blemish right above the door at the 11o'clock position, and a short 'scar' on the left side of base. Two very, very dark labels on the back, difficult to see a model name if there is one.
