Wine making process is not only easy and simple, but also healthy and less expensive. There are few steps to follow in making wine. You need to ensure that the ingredients for wine are clean and dry. This includes, grapes, container, spatula and even the water to be used is boiled and cooled.
You can also make grape wine without yeast, but in this video we will show you how to make grape wine easy with dry yeast. You can consider this grape wine recipe with wheat.
To prepare a traditional Christmas wine recipe, you will need to mix all the ingredients for grape wine as mentioned below and keep for 21 days in a cool and dark place. It also requires to be stirred on a everyday basis at a regular time for prevention of molds / fungus and also to Co2 to escape from the container formed during fermentation. On the 22nd day, you can filter the wine, add caramelized sugar and again keep for another 14 days before bottling the wine for Christmas.

Its better to avoid using clothes(for drying or remove water) as there willl be dust or lets say fine cord of flax, cotton, or other fibrous material spun out to considerable length. I say this, for cleanliness purpose and avoid contamination as this meant for drinking.

Caramelization of sugar not really necessary, if one expects the real taste of wine out of grapes. At times, if caramelization unfortunately is gone wrong, the whole stuff lost its original wine flavour and wasted.
