    I knew that in g29/g920 the zone with no Force Feedback (10° right and left) are caused by it having 2 motors, that have to "coordinate" first before apply force. The T300 instad, doesn't have this problem because it's belt driven and with only 1 motor.
    So what about yours? Does It have an initial dead zone?

    Is it possible to know how much NM has?

    • @RodrigoAbib
      @RodrigoAbib 9 дней назад +1

      Vim procurando a mesma informação. Não achei. Mas joguei a especificação que ele usou no ChatGPT e pedi pra ele calcular.
      Resposta curta: aproximadamente 0.6 a 0.7 NMs.
      Resposta detalhada:
      1. Especificações do motor RS775:
      • O torque do motor depende da sua corrente e voltagem de operação. Em geral, o RS775 típico, operando em 12V, pode fornecer aproximadamente 1,1 a 1,5 kgf.cm de torque (0,11 a 0,15 Nm) diretamente no eixo.
      • Este valor pode variar dependendo da qualidade do motor e do driver utilizado.
      2. Relação de transmissão das polias:
      • O sistema de polias mencionado usa uma polia maior (100 dentes) conectada ao volante e uma polia menor (20 dentes) no motor, resultando em uma relação de transmissão de 5:1.
      • Isso significa que o torque no volante será multiplicado por 5, mas a rotação será reduzida proporcionalmente.
      Torque estimado no volante (sem perdas):
      T = Motor * Relação de transmissão
      Para um torque de 0,15 Nm no motor:
      T = 0,15 * 5 = 0,75Nm
      3. Eficiência do sistema:
      • Nenhum sistema é 100% eficiente. Fatores como atrito nas polias, eficiência do driver BTS7960 (~90-95%), e o desgaste dos rolamentos podem reduzir o torque final.
      • Considerando perdas (~10-20%), o torque pode ser reduzido para cerca de 0,6 a 0,7 Nm.
      4. Limitações de força no driver BTS7960:
      • O BTS7960 pode fornecer até 43A contínuos em condições ideais. No entanto, no caso específico do RS775 e da fonte de 12V/20A, o sistema provavelmente está limitado a cerca de 10-15A.
      • Isso pode restringir o torque máximo do motor, especialmente sob cargas maiores.
      5. Correia e estrutura mecânica:
      • A correia GT2 e o suporte de madeira/3D podem limitar a força máxima antes de falharem mecanicamente. Um sistema robusto suporta forças maiores, mas vibrações ou folgas podem afetar o desempenho.
      Torque máximo estimado
      Com base nas especificações fornecidas:
      • Torque do motor: 0,15 Nm (estimado para o RS775 em 12V).
      • Multiplicador das polias: 5x.
      • Eficiência geral do sistema: 80-90%.
      T = 0,15 * 5 * 0,85 = 0,64Nm
      Esses métodos levariam em conta todas as perdas no sistema, fornecendo um valor exato.
      Conclusão
      Com base nas especificações e estimativas, o torque teórico máximo desse volante é de aproximadamente 0,6 a 0,7 Nm, considerando perdas no sistema. Para medições exatas, seria necessário usar equipamentos de teste.

      @RodrigoAbib Outro detalhe é que esse tipo de motor tá menos de 70 no ML então creio que não se espere realmente muita força dele.

    Why did you use that rotary encoder
    One more doubt , i.e.
    Is this the direct drive strings wheel or it is like Logitech one
    How will we get vibrations of forse feedback
    Because I didn't see any other dedicqted motor for vibrations?

    • @AllenResalam
      @AllenResalam  Год назад

      it is the best quality and accurate encoder for the price. this is like Thrustmaster T300 but dual motor and those motors do all the FBB work

    the idea is nice, but ugly AF. just a thin wet sandpaper and then spray paint:( instead of that wood why not print the wheel too? or use another wich can be sand down and spray painted. i think the case is too much thick. well finally works fine and that's the important part.
