It's kinda hard to perform because of the timing, so if you cant do it then you can go for the legitimate route by actually beating the game without dying And saving. There is also a video link in the description that explains bubble warping way better than me, i recommend you check that video first.

I didn't even find this with the cheaters ring.
When you find that with cheater ring it sadly doesnt work and only shows amount of times you saved

if i remember correctly its just a cosmetic item that serves as a trophy, i think its a pink skull
