spdklls7 I'm not sure which red light you're concerned about, but if it's the second one at the highway, it may be helpful for you to know there was a car approaching from the left in the fast lane at high speed. It went behind the black HGV and I lost sight of it at that point. I wasn't sure that car intended to stop let alone reduce speed, so I went through the intersection extra slowly and cautiously until such time as I could could see that car again and verify it was going to yield. Our ambulance getting t-boned and disabled in the intersection wouldn't have helped the patient much either.
We had a call last summer for a fire, we'd been to that location a couple weeks before for a fire. On the way there, dispatch had a second caller reporting a fire about 2 miles away. We sent one truck to the original call and our other truck to the new one. When we got closer we found a farm yard with no fire; they were reporting the same one that we were going to but there was miscommunication between them and dispatch and they thought it was a second fire at the yard.
Is the ambulance based of the Ford F350 chassis? It looks like it is if I look at the mirror on the drivers side. Anyway great job and thanks for the work you guys do.
@@SpeedbirdFF no bother. Thanks for the info. It looks really cool. Is that freightliner ambulance next to the Ford based in the same station? Just curious.
I want and inside responding view, it's nice on the outside, but I would like to see it from an inside view instead. Also can you do a walk around of your response trucks?
You need to get a little more efficient of you going on and they should have the gates open before you got there time saving a life is something that you should be doing
I appreciate how you always proceed with due caution at the red lights. Well done.
Bruce Stambaugh Thank you Bruce!
Unless you were the one having the heart attack ..you wouldnt appreciate them parking at the redlights or driving a whopping 45mph while responding

@@spdklls7Ummm the patient wasn’t having a heart attack actually! They were in cardiac arrest meaning they were basically deceased. 😊
@@snailboy01 do you know what role EMS plays in cardiac arrest? if not you can see yourself out.
It grinds my gears when I watch videos like this and see drivers always trying to beat the ambulance.
I always find these particular kinds of videos from you guys very entertaining 👍🏼
Will Connor Thank you Will!
6:04 anybody else notice the mini monster truck bus In the parking lot
9:55 who yellin' though? lmao
And 10:02. I think that was where the 2nd accident was. Maybe a stalled vehicle was on the other side of the semi.
13:25 who set up that cone taper? They have it set up wrong. it should be set up like / not like \
Good footage. Thank you.

IF this was Seattle this be a Medic Response, 7 per Rule with working CPR on the PT
It would be nice if we could get video of the emergency signal in front of the station flashing.
MrHgavino That signal just goes to a steady red light, which most drivers ignore. But I can try to get that into a video one day.
Thank you.
I Love Your Videos, especially with 74-2 and 74-5.

Thanks for watching! It’s a Ford F-450.

@@minidriversouthsweden5137 No, that’s a Salisbury FD ambulance.
@@SpeedbirdFF ah alright thanks for the info.
@@minidriversouthsweden5137Just figured I’d let you know, that’s an international TerraStar and said city has all Ford F550s for paramedic units now

Jonmichal Walker I'll work on that Jon-Michal!
Did the cardiac arrest make it
Did the arrest make it?

Nice respond bud, on a seizure or cardiac call do you use the whelan or powercall? 😄
Not the poster but am an EMT. We actually alternate.
