Would like to know if this dries after application and remains until next wash. When you touchup with some of these sticks, after application if you touch it with your finger or hanky it tends to stick onto the fingers or cloth. I bought a product called Touchup by Lanette in Bahrain some years ago; this when applied to gray areas dries after application; so, when you touch it with your fingers or even hanky it does not come off. Is this stick similar in nature?
