I got one of these as a gift last Christmas and lost the box with the instructions on how it works. It's my first food processor, I've never used one before, and this video was immensely helpful in figuring out how to use it!
Thank you! I like how even though there were cons to the device, you managed to still review the item fairly. Sometimes we get caught up in those fine details, but for most of us, we just like the fact that it works! Simple enough!
I keep having problems with a stuck turn on knob. It is not an electrical problem because this problem has happened before. It was about the exact alignment when you disassemble when you clean it.
Thanks for the video. For some reason, I keep getting mush when I try to shred cabbage for slaw. I have tried both sides of the blade, but the result is the same. Your video has inspired me to try to repeat your success with carrots and cheese before I toss the thing in the trash.
Youd have to use the top grater/slicer, that’s not really a job for the blade. It’s honestly better to just use a knife on a cutting board to make cabbage for slaw, easier and faster
My potatoes did not slice correctly. They were paper thin!! I tried to shred a zucchini and it came out minced. I will probably return it bc the slices are not adjustable. 😢 Do they sell any other discs that produce a thicker slice??
I've had one of these for about 10 years and love it. I want to replace it as the blades are getting dull. Mine doesn't have a grater or slicer and I think I'm going to find this more useful than my blood thirsty mandolin. So, I'm off to buy one because I can't live without now that I've seen the upgrades.
I don't like the fact that the lid doesn't seal. I have to be careful of the amount of liquid used or I make a mess. It's also a problem to use the processor for cleaning as the liquid spills out.
Good video but I don't think this will be the one I buy. The slices look to thin and not having a regular and fine shred would be good too. Seems like a good price for what it's capable of doing.
I watched several videos on this item and yours was far and away the best. Tighten up your shots whenever you are making an important point, as it will make the visual look even more professional. Good job.

So glad to hear that! Thanks for sharing and good luck with your new toy.

My cheese does not shred. It crumbles. I was hoping I could find out what I am doing wrong. I have tried freezing it- still crumbles.
That’s what happens. The blades are not able to cut ribbons. They crumble it. You’re doing everything correctly.
This usually happens when the cheese is not cold enough. Try putting the cheese in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden it up and then slice it
Is it good for making dough?
Lighter doughs, yes.
Thanks Erin. Yes, the price difference is appalling.
It sure is! 🤦♀️
Video was very helpful! Someone gave this processor and didn’t even know what it was.. this really helped and now I have some many ideas in mind!! ❤
Does this make cuts for fries?
No. :)

I cannot get the lid of this damn thing! Please help 😫
Awesome review. Thank you!
Great review ! I'll buy one.
Hope you enjoy it!
$109??? It’s $50+ over here. That’s absurd.
Great

Thank you so much for watching and for the kind words.
Oh. The reason you’re pronouncing “ processor “ with a long O is because it’s professional. Got it.
Or because I'm Canadian?
