Thank you so much for this review. I'm literally in tears right now. I had no idea women were suffering with the same problem I have. I've been experiencing thinking to my temples and perimeter for the first time in my life. It seems like I'm doing everything I can but nothing seems to work. Literally I can wake up in the morning or a few days after taking a photo and take another and the hair will be even thinner. It's breaking off at speed that's unbelievable. I've cut all of my seizure meds down to the lowest dose and tried do grow products to no avail. This is starting to affect my self esteem and I'm starting to feel hopeless. This video has given me at least hope to try some more. Thank you so much. I pray your journey with your hair continues to strengthen.
If you all didn't know, I struggle with balding and alopecia which becomes worse when I stress or mistreat my hair. So I have finally gotten to a place where my alopecia and balding is under control and I really wanted to share with you all what I have been doing to achieve thicker stronger edges!
I have scarring alopecia (I think). I made the "mistake" of using a relaxer on my texturized hair (by myself overkill) at age 18...worst mistake ever. I'm happy that your hair is growing back but it looks like I'm doomed.
Ever since I was younger my edges have barely been there. I struggled with self esteem during high school and while trying to keep up with the hair fades and be with the "in" crowd, I damaged my hair a lot. When I got to college I became more and more self conscious about my lack of edges. After i graduated I really went on a search to find who I was within and not just outer appearances. I've grown immensely but I can't stand here and lie and say that my lack of edges doesn't affect me still. I usually hide it with headbands or scarves but I'm really hoping one day I can wear my hair daily without having trying to hide it. I've been taking better care of my hair but I don't know what l do about my edges. I'd really like to win these products to try and grow back my edges and have healthier hair! :) FYI I've been wanting to recut my hair like yours!! The day I can grow my edges back a little more, it's the first thing I'm going to do! Thank you being transparent and an inspiration to many!
I'd like to receive the products because I've had thin edges since I can remember. REALLY thin. All ladies in a family deal with it as well. I used shy away from ponytails and buns because I was ashamed, but as I got older I didn't mind so much, I just said this is who I am. Hairstyles I want to try, just as braids and such, I'm so afraid to, because I don't want much tension on my already weak hairline. I just get so frustrated. I try everything. Castor oil, low manipulation, the whole 9. As I saw my hair length grow from shoulder length to almost bra strap, my edges are still thin. I don't want to lose hope, but I feel like I'm starting to. Anywho, thanks for the contest opportunity Christian! Congratulations on the progression, you look amazing.
I've struggled with thin edges do to stress and just not properly taking care of my hair when in weaves and now I have tensions alopecia. I big chopped for the first time two months ago and the struggle and embarrassment of try to hide the bald spots if difficult I'm my self esteem, especially when so many social media post make fun of girls with thin edges, but I am on a healthy hair journey and just need my edges back full and strong. I started using castor oil a month ago and I see some progress but I would love to win you giveaway and try what has worked for you. Seeing you hair after your recent BC is the reason I big chopped in the first place I was like I can do this, your so beautiful, confident, stylish and inspirational thank you for that and the opportunity to win this gift of edges 😊

Finally she went to braids, saw some improvement, but then broke off because she waited to long to take them out one time.....ugh! So hopefully with these products we'll see results. Again, thank you thank you!

you're very brave to share your story for people have so much to say without knowing the entire story. I too suffer from balding alopecia around my edges and top part of my scalp. My hair is super long and thick in the back. Agree health is the most important. I had to stop all the sew ins and braiding styles. When I want to be playful I have a great selection of wigs...good luck.

I've always thought my edges were a lost cause and have tried using products to regenerate hair growth in those areas (to include castor oil, but I really haven't noticed a huge difference like your growth. Congrats on that!!! I would love to give these products a try to reach the goal of healthy edges (and hair) all around. God bless~
Hi, I am an average black woman who has the same struggle. MY thinning edges affects my relationship with my husband. I keep my head covered at all times and he gets tired of seeing me that way. Please help me. If i could win those products it will help me, my self esteem and my relationship. Thank you for your video.
Thanks for the video, cos am having the same problem. but I started using the Jamaica black castor oil and I will try to get Dr miracles to help me regrow back my edges.
I truly like that you are treating your hair the healthy way! I too have started to do the same, however I think my spots are hereditary (maybe my dad). Another thing I want to add look into your diet, blood type fine out what works well for you when it comes to your blood type. I'm A type and I found out that Castor, coconut and argon oils are not recommended for me. I'm a Shea Butter, Almond and Olive oil and now I see results and it's working for me. I too will put an updated video very soon. Good luck on your journey! Blessings to you and your family
Thank you so much for this video. I have had a huge problem with my edges for awhile. It was embarrassing and hard on me. As a mother of five and my 3 girls have natural hair I wanted to make sure I take care of their hair better than I did my own. I would love to win the giveaway so that I could nurture my edges again and feel as confident as I teach my girls to be.
Oh my God. You literally just described what’s happening to me. Random slick quarter/dime size ACHING bald spots! I literally get a reoccurring one in he EXACT spot that you mentioned - right behind the middle of my hairline, and around the sides. Wow, I feel less lonely.
Great job my edges are also weak and I have been growing my edges back with similar products and using it more often than just once in a while I do it twice, a day and now it's working.
I have the alopecia as well, so I understand your pain, swelling, and itching. I actually had to go to my dermatologist to get a prescription oil to deal with it. I just began using the Dr. Miracle temple balm, I mix that and Doo Grow hair moisturizer together in the mornings. In the evenings I use my mixture of the black Jamaican castor oil, olive oil, aloe, and grape seed oil. I just began both a few weeks ago and I do see a little progress...btw, I definitely know what you mean about the wording being rubbed off because mine is as well. I always thought I just had think edges b/c it was the same as a kid. Thank you.
Everything isn't negative. Sometimes , many videos are Perceived as chatty. So if there is specific information or a product review, it can be annoying. LOL. That is an individual looking for and not receiving the information advertised. Like makeup swatches; there are 2 min videos and 20 min video instead of just showing the lipstick. Every now and then there is a host with useful information in between products. That said. #noshade, this video could have been under 5 minutes. Honestly, I sped through the video and gave up at 13 minutes.
I can relate so much to your video. I have had very thick hair all my life, but stress has taught me otherwise. Thank you for sharing. I just did a tapered cut, and really annoyed with still having to hide my bale spot. So I'm about to big chop again. Hopefully, I can alleviate some stress to help my process.
i really enjoyed this video. it was very helpful. i just chopped my hair off for the first time and i was looking for ideas on how to regrow my hair. i too suffer from thinning edges. thanks to your video, im going to try these products and see what they can do for my hair...
Thank you for this video, your hair is lovely and I love the way you talk. Your video was helpful and you inspire me to try the same products. God bless you.
I am so happy your edges grew back. I have traction alopecia on my edges where I have no hair !!!👨🦲 😩😥 I will definitely try these products. Thank you!
Your voice reminds me of boo boo kitty from Empire lol .... but anyways I'm going to try Dr.Miracles. My edges are gradually breaking away and I'm trying to stop it before it gets too crazy. Thanks for the info.
You are beautiful and thank you so much. I wish I looked good in a short hair cut so I can wear my hair like you, but I don't have the face for it!!! My edges have been gone since my teens and I am 52 now. Using the Jamaican black castor oil has helped but my hair is still not thick. My scalp is still very visible and the hair has not gotten longer. I can not use protein treatments because it makes my hair brittle. They tell me that means I have enough protein in my hair so I really don't understand what is going on. Thank you for this video!!!
try mixing it with peppermint oil...also clean your scalp with tea tree oil too this will increase the blood flow in your scalp.... i pray this helps....
Hi Christian! I need these products badly! I too struggle with balding and alopecia. I recently had a baby as well which caused my hair to drastically change. I have balding spots near my temples and I would love to see if these products could help me out. I have been using the Jamaican black castor oil so these products would be a boost to my nightly routine! Thanks!
yeah I tried castor oil but I will try to add water then the castor oil and ill buy growth edge control cus my edges are half way there and it's been close to a year so I might be doing something wrong or it just might be taking a long time

First and foremost I would like to thank you for this very helpful video. I would like to win these products mainly because I've been suffering for thinning edges for quite some time now. After giving birth to my son is when I really noticed that my edges was thinning really bad. I'm hoping that these products can help me with growing my edges and giving me the edges that I never had.
First off, thanks so much for this video! I've been struggling with bald spots and thin hair along my edges from since I was a sophomore in High School and I'm now a senior in college and NOTHING seems to work. I've spent so much money on hair products that just don't seem to work well for me. Not having edges really affects my self esteem (although it may not be a big deal to others) which adds to my stress. I don't want to give up on my hair but I have yet to find something that works for me. Getting these products may give me hope or lead me in the right direction to growing back my edges. Thanks for your help!
I would love to win these items because I have struggled for over a year to regrow my thinning edges. I've changed my lifestyle completely and nothing seems to be working. It would be nice to try something new. -Tamiya Blount
I have somewhat the same problem as you did; balding spots on the right front of my hairline, bald spot on the crown of my head, and in the back. This is all due to a non hair product that I put in my hair. I will try the anti-breakage by Dr. Miracles. Please tell me how long did it take for your hair to start growing back? Thanks.
I would love a chance to get my edges back. I have always suffered from thinning edges, due to styling and hereditary baldness. These would be greatly needed.
I would love to win this thinning edges bundle because I to have been suffering from thinning edges due to styling and always pulling my hair hair back in tight ponytails. .. I just want my edges back :-(
Looking forward to another journey with your advice locks thinned my hair tried hair with glue my mistakes 5 big cops now I'm back to I should have stayed thank you starting tomorrow been looking for a simple advice👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏💕💕💕😂😂😂😂😂😇😇😇😇😇
Hello I appreciate the feedback you gave on growing thin edges. I would like to win the products you mentioned in your video is because I finally got my hair to grow & now my edges went the opposite direction. Plus my edges are beginning to turn gray so I've suffered my edges to coloring my edges plus added stress in my life. However whether I win or not I will take your advice and start using the products to begin my journey to better edges.
OMG Christian!! I would post a pic of my hair, but it is soo embarrassing! I suffer from the same alopecia, and always wondered, "what in the world is going on w/my hair?!" Now I know! Also, I can def attest to the styling and wanting length gambit...my line of work calls for me to always be "dressed", like certain styles and things are kind of frowned upon. I just want to say thank you for sharing your hair regrowth information, as I am going to try this journey again. It is going to be super hard as there is going to be a transitioning stage and my edges are completely ruined, mainly in the front and my temple areas 😩😩😩😩 I was wondering if lace front wigs would help during the transition? Do you think it is too much "rubbing" on the edges? Even if I wore it only during business hours?? Please let me know what you think. Thank you. 🙂
I would love to win these products because I, too, have lost my edges and I've been struggling to grow them back for years. I'm a college student and with the stress of working, doing school work and trying to have a social life I have lost a significant amount of hair. I recently started using biotin but have been looking for other ways to try to regrow my edges. This would really be a great help in my search for finding out what works!
HI Christian (Smiles) I just watched your video and its great! Also ,You are describing my early symptoms of Lupus/RA. I am not telling you that this is what’s going on with you but you said you are a young mother and that’s usually when these symptoms like hair loss , smooth bald patches, low iron, fatigue etc. the patches can even show up on the arms and legs as ashy circle like patches. that go away after a couple of weeks or so and then when the hair grows back it’s like baby hair almost. These symptoms showed up for me after the birth of my first childish was nine months at that time, she is now 26 years old and I have RA and the Lupus is in remission as my last visit but it shows up at times. Blessings and there is a test called the ANA test that can detect the Lupus in the blood.
i would love to win. my edges are thin from braids or the braiders pulling way to tight. I've even had the whole braid come out with my hair. it would build my self confidence of putting my hair up. my hair is short and colored. I like you just getting the big pic to b healthy to have healthy hair. these products will definitely assist in growing journey for my thinning edges. thx you bunches
This is exactly me, same hairline everything. My hair is the same length yours was before you cut. Its brittle and damaged. I'm trying to grow back the edges but since the hair isnt healthy would it grow back ? Or should I cut it off and try growing healthy like you did?

I would love to try Dr. Miracles products. I am a product junky and I am tired of trying new products and wasting my money. I would love to win this giveaway and be able to try this product first! Please choose me!!! 🙋🙋🙋
I have a question. I know they have different colored bottles of Jamaican Castor Oil. I for one don't necessarily like the smell of the original castor oil. I s wondering if I would get the same growth results if I used the Purple bottle of Jamaican Castor Oil ??
+Dana White I just finished a Sunny Isle Jamaican Black Castor Oil in Lavender and I liked it. I only used it once a week and only added it to my pre-poos or deep conditioners not directly to my hair on scalp but I think it aided in a little extra growth. Since all the colors (different formulas) contain Jamaican Black castor oil I believe they all work similar, some probably even better than others. Lavender is supposed to be good for the scalp and hair so I'll be repurchasing that one. I would just get it in the original formulation just to be safe since you've never tried Jamaican Black Castor oil.
Oh ok thanks. I actually did try the original but I just wasn't too fond of the scent lol. I will more than likely purchase the Lavender scented bottle you are talking about and see how it works for me as well.
+Dana White I use the Tropical Isle Living. So far, it is growing back my edges slowly. However, the scent isn't exactly aromatic. It smells like a mixture of cigars and cigarettes, but it is very moisturizing.
Very informative video! Such a pretty girl you are🤗You remind me of Meaghan Goode😉I LOVE your hair so much. You definitely have the face shape and bone structure for it! Lucky you!!!😍🤗😉
Hello Christian , like your video and would love to try the Dr. Miracles product but I can not find there website. I also clicked on the Dr. Miracle website you provide and it's still not working. Do you know if they have another site?

Dr. Miracle's products did no "miracle" for me. It's good to know that they work for someone.

not sure what that means but ok
What did you use for shampoo and conditioner ?
In most cases alopecia is stress related. I have had that experience. When I took up yoga/meditation my hair came back reasonably fast

My scalp is still very visible and the hair has not gotten longer. I can not use protein treatments because it makes my hair brittle. They tell me that means I have enough protein in my hair so I really don't understand what is going on. Thank you for this video!!!
Vanessa Lacks go see a doctot
try mixing it with peppermint oil...also clean your scalp with tea tree oil too this will increase the blood flow in your scalp.... i pray this helps....
Love your video! It was so helpful! AND I love your eye makeup! What are you using on your eyes?! And do you post how to apply?
Glad i could help! I can't remember what I had on my eyes! I'm sorry!

Yea girl struggle is real thanks for sharing
First off, thanks so much for this video! I've been struggling with bald spots and thin hair along my edges from since I was a sophomore in High School and I'm now a senior in college and NOTHING seems to work. I've spent so much money on hair products that just don't seem to work well for me. Not having edges really affects my self esteem (although it may not be a big deal to others) which adds to my stress. I don't want to give up on my hair but I have yet to find something that works for me. Getting these products may give me hope or lead me in the right direction to growing back my edges. Thanks for your help!
I'm only here cuz my barber fucked my shit up and I'm just now try g to figure out how to get them full. You pretty as hell! Good vid
I would love to win these items because I have struggled for over a year to regrow my thinning edges. I've changed my lifestyle completely and nothing seems to be working. It would be nice to try something new. -Tamiya Blount

Beautiful lady! Love your hair. Great video-Thank you
I have somewhat the same problem as you did; balding spots on the right front of my hairline, bald spot on the crown of my head, and in the back.

This was so helpful man. So so helpful
It is going to be super hard as there is going to be a transitioning stage and my edges are completely ruined, mainly in the front and my temple areas 😩😩😩😩
I was wondering if lace front wigs would help during the transition?
Blessings and there is a test called the ANA test that can detect the Lupus in the blood.

does it matter which type of black castor oil you use?
Love your skin and make up
I have a question. I know they have different colored bottles of Jamaican Castor Oil. I for one don't necessarily like the smell of the original castor oil. I s wondering if I would get the same growth results if I used the Purple bottle of Jamaican Castor Oil ??
I was wondering***
How often do wash your hair, do you get build up?
Very informative video! Such a pretty girl you are🤗You remind me of Meaghan Goode😉I LOVE your hair so much. You definitely have the face shape and bone structure for it! Lucky you!!!😍🤗😉
